Ich war vier Wochen dort. Für den Preis, war ich angenehm überrascht. Betten wurden täglich frisch bezogen. Zimmer täglich gereinigt inklusive Handtücher, usw. Super Personal, auf der ganzen Anlage, inkl. Küche. Würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

De tuin de locatie de zwembaden en het lekkere ontbijtbuffet de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, en de hele opzet van de tuin zorgt voor veel privacy en de Balinese bouwstijl is prachtig. Kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt 🥰 en handdoek service is super.

We hadden eerst kamer 104, erg klein en dicht bij de straat en lawaai van een karaoke bar. Later hadden we kamer 112 en dat was prima.

Meals were delicious. Very quiet and peaceful day and night. Staff were lovely. Good location.

Breakfast was limited Rooms had a musty smell about them. Limited English speaking channels on TV. Not much shade around the pool areas.

Bathroom plumbing needs attention, older rooms need sprucing up, I'm sure the deluxe rooms would be much nicer.

Los espacios comunes son preciosos y transmiten una paz impresionante, un oasis en el bullicio de la zona. El desayuno se sintió muy agradable y el personal siempre fue muy atento.

Las camas son un poco duras, dentro del estándar de la zona. La presión de la ducha es bastante baja. Nada importante teniendo en cuenta todo lo positivo.

It's a cosy place with big rooms and lovely staff

The beds need to have thick toppers on them as they are hard and probably need replacing. I went and bought a topper.

It was absolutely gorgeous! Totally calm and peaceful even though it is located in a busy part of town. Perfect garden and amazing staff.

Nothing to dislike. We stayed in the one of the cheaper rooms and there was no window, but otherwise the room was clean and what we would expect for that price.

1. No kettle or cups or coffee supplied in room. 2. No running water to bath tub, blocked 3. Restaurant not open till 7.30am so can’t get tea or coffee until after that time . 4. The first room they gave me air airconditioner warm air only no cold air I had to insist in another room 5. Some staff rude and unfriendly.

Leuke kamer in hotel met veel authentieke Balinese elementen. Mooie tuin met 2 zwembaden, voldoende parasols en ligstoelen. Leuke open ontbijtruimte (is ook het restaurant) met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Beperkt maar goed verzorgd ontbijt. Heel fijn verblijf gehad gedurende bijna 3 weken.

Niets eigenlijk. Ik kan moeilijk vragen of ze die mooie houtsnijwerk deuren hoger maken omdat ik nou toevallig 2 meter groot ben.

That there were two Kumala hotels with very similar names . The bathrooms needed a bit of a scrub - the toilet didn’t flush every time - the shower didn’t have much pressure , but for the price we easily overlooked that !

I didn’t get breakfast as I left at 6am.

Nothing better, it’s clearly a lower budget place, that definitely was worth the stay as I was low on funds, so I’m very thankful and the staff were very kind and helpful.

Location for shopping and restaurants, beach was good.

We booked the Presidential suite. It was not very 'Presidential ' at all. Very bland, no flowers laid out daily, no drink on arrival, nothing 'Grand' about it AND it was on the third floor (steep stairs to deal with). We had no access to the wet kitchen as it was locked (which was the point of booking a suite - to have use of a kitchen). No plunger or mugs provided (yet plunger coffee was provided). Showers in both bathrooms had no curtains. There were no pool towels without having to ask for them (sometimes none available, so had to use the bath towels). Pool area was not maintained well. Restaurant did not serve alcohol (not even beer or wine). It was sadly disappointing overall. A few small attentions to detail could have made the difference.

Close to everything, room had daily cleaning and making the bed and replacing towels and water.

My room was located above hotel car park and the street, so it was a bit noisey. But ok. Guys in the tattoo shop across the street can be rowdy late at night.

I liked the breakfast and the menu and price at the hotel restaurant. The staff were always lovely and helpful.

My hotel room was quite gloomy as no sunlight was coming in through the window due to the wall blocking it. My toilet smelled like pee for a few days although it was clean. I placed the 'Please make up my room" door sign on the table next to my hotel room and when I came back in the afternoon my room was not made. The next day I spoke to the reception to make sure my room gets made that day and they did it. I didn't like how my bedsheets had some stains although it smelled clean.

Wifi no funciona. Muy sucio, sábanas y toallas sucias y las sábanas parecia que no se habían cambiado. Pedi en la zona de piscina una toalla para la piscina y me dijeron que se les habían acabado. El baño muy mal, sumidero no traga. Todo oxidado y sucio. Pequeños bichos

outside area is beautiful in à Bali traditional style. staff are really nice. bedroom not really modern without windows but good value for money

the bed sheet and the towel In poor condition with stains on the bedsheet that won't come out and holes in the towels… if at list they put new one even if it is not super modern it will change everything!

Hotel is in a great location, pool temperature was excellent, breakfast was basic (no cereal) but fruit was nice. Bed was too hard.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable being the only real disappointment.

This is a beautiful, old style hotel. The grounds and pools are immaculate and the location is excellent. The Presidential Suite is huge and well suited to a family although the stairs could be an issue for some people. Breakfast was included in the room price and it was basic but adequate. Will be back.

Location was awesome, near shops, restaurants,double six and 10 min walk to the beach. Basic room but quaint and authentic old school Bali and quite comfortable. Nice verandah, pool outside my doorstep. Gardens are beautiful . 2 swimming pools too 👍 Great value at $42 night including a good basic breakfast.

the towels and bedding need upgrading but they were changed and clean every day.
