Sfeervol en goede locatie

Het hotel is heel sfeervol op een gezellige locatie, maar de eenpersoonskamer voelde een beetje alsof het een vergeten kamer is. Geen shampoo en zeep bijgevuld en dat was dus op en alles wat gedateerd. Ik kan niet over de andere kamers oordelen als je met z'n 2en een kamer hebt

Esperienza terrificante. La prima notte abbiamo dovuto dormire con aria condizionata accesa(era ottobre e non era caldo anzi). La seconda notte hanno aggiustato l’ aria condizionata ma abbiamo dovuto dormire con la luce accesa perché era impossibile spegnerla. Abbiamo chiesto allo staff e ci è stato risposto che il mattino dopo avrebbero sistemato. Di fronte a tutto questo non hanno ritenuto opportuno né sconti, né rimborso tantomeno delle scuse. Per me non è un 4 stelle. Il trattamento ricevuto equivale a un motel

Locatie was prima, ontbijt ook, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen bij ontbijtservice!!

Kamer was wel echt klein. sanitair was uitstekend schoon, wel verouderd.

our room was in the last floor, I m 190cm tall and it was impossible to shower comfortably. bed in the middle of the room, sockets missing on bedside. same with light control. hit my head in the back of the bed, cause it was two disagligned ones.

We were grateful for an early check in. Paid breakfast at the hotel was excellent. Hotel in a good position not far to walk from the station and near the interesting part of Delft.

Good location for the old town

No air conditioning. Our room was at earth end of Schoolstraat - a long walk from reception if you're carrying heavy luggage!

The location of the hotel is not far away from the train and bus station. I am from a foreign country and I found it very easily. Not so far away is also the centrum of Delft and I was amazed by the buildings, channels, and nature. The fresh orange juice every morning was a fairy tale.

I prefer to have a harder mattress. My mattress was quite soft, but otherwise, it was very pleasant staying for me.

Very welcoming and cheerful staff, especially the breakfast team! We had a very spacious room which was cool in the heat. This hotel is in a great location, just steps away from the town of Delft.

The hotel was easy to find, beautifully furnished and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and breakfast room were very helpful. The location was excellent being close to the main square and numerous eateries. I will give serious consideration to visiting Delft again and staying in this hotel.

The arrangements for storing our bicycles had us feeling a little nervous as they were in an outside area and visible from the street, but as it turned out there really wasn't anything to worry about.

Stylish appartment in the city centre, nice view over the market, all sights and a lot of restaurants were easy to reach. Good breakfast in the Vermeer hotel around the corner with the possibility to sit on the boat - very nice.

We booked a family appartment in the hotel and got the flat as an upgrade. The flat was in the attic and accessible via a steep staircase. The room height was not suitable for tall people. The bathroom is a cabin and open to the bed area so you have no real privacy. Most of the furniture with obvious signs of use, the stove didn't work but McDonald's (in the ground floor) helped us with hot water for tea. We called the reception to solve this issue but the didn't within the 3 days of our stay. Very loud in the early morning when the street cleaning arrives and traders set up their stalls on the market.

Ive stayed several times at thus hotel. The location is perfect for my needs.

On arrival I found tHE PHONE DID NOT WORK,there was no TV control in room, there was no cup for making tea or glass for water and the security safe had two different sets of instructions neither of which worked. I reported all these problems to reception the following morning, giving the details in writing. When I returned at 4pm nothing had been done . I reported this to reception again. later that evening cup, glass and TV control had been provided but security safe had not been sorted. But most important of all, the telephone still did not work. As this was the only way to report an emergency I consider this seriously negligent. It appears that the hotel is understaffed to deal with such matters

Great location , close to Tram 1 stop and 10min from rail station. Excellent breakfast in a nicely decorated room with supportive staff .Our room was quiet at night. Shops, old town restaurants and market square only 5 mins away

Very little but no water glasses in bathroom, told theyre not provided and no decent sized cups to make a cup of tea. Only provided small coffee cups. As reported , close to old church whose Bells chime the hour and half hour...need earplugs if you sleep with the window open

Location - easy walking distance of station and tram stop to The Hague outside hotel. Also near centre of Delft with cafés and restaurants. Breakfast in separate building was excellent and room was smart. Staff always helpful and attentive especially with the failure of the hot water in the annexe. Also being able to leave luggage before and after stay.

Booked single room. Initially in annexe at top of building. Velux window with view to church tower. Room disappointing; small, basic, very ordinary. Desk chair, but no easy chair to sit in. Laminate flooring. Room was by a noisy alleyway and the extremely loud church bells. Single rooms are usually unloved and this was no exception. Top of an old house usually means they were probably servants’ quarters. They could be lovely given a bit of care and attention. The hot water failed and I was moved into the main hotel away from the bells which was a vast improvement (much quieter). Single room had higher ceiling but similar awful decor and no comfy chair. And why an unsuitable huge painting black and blood red painting of a bull - in a bedroom?!

We loved the breakfast, the location, and the lovely decor. We absolutely loved the staff. They were so kind and pleasant.

The third bed we requested was not in place when we got there, and it was not comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the city center. Everything in the historic center is less than a ten-minute walk away. The staff provided helpful assistance when needed, recommending restaurants and calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The cord of the lamp on the nightstand had tape wound around it. It appeared to be white medical adhesive tape, not typical electrical tape. That did not seem very safe. Also, the television in our room kept turning itself on, even though we did not touch the TV or the remote. We had to unplug it in order to sleep.
