All staff were helpful and friendly, in particular Emi helped us everyday. We had asked for a quiet room this year, not above the Karaoki, and that is exactly what we were given.

Economy class hotel in the city center, convenient location, very helpful staff. The rooms are very simple, but you can find everything you need.

been here several times before but first time out in ground/first floor far to much noise with loud music till 3am would only stay again if guaranteed on 3rd floor in higher

If you get allocated room 108, refuse it, the noise from the bar below is disgusting, no sleep until after 2am. Apartment was dated, I'm sure if you were further away from bar the noise would not be so bad, staff were not helpful and said only other room available was on next floor up which is just as bad. Would I stay again, no, which is sad, as the location is perfect.

Central location, although quite a few bars closed ( stay Dec 27 - Jan 1st). Madass next door closed for holidays. Bar and pool area ok, prices not too bad bottle of beer €2 aswell as cola or Fanta ( lemon kas) . We didn't have food but looked ok . Sunbeds € 2.50 to hire with mattress. Mini heatwave when we was there ,hot enough for shorts or swim wear daytime but a big drop in temperature in the night ,jackets needed! Apartments equipment very good everything as stated on list , except hairdryer which are free to collect at reception aswell as irons. Towels changed on day 4 , bedding I think is weekly we stayed 5 nights so not changed. Washing up liquid and sponge etc provided as well as shampoo and shower gel only small container so wouldn't last a week ,but we had our own . Good to see brush and mop available instead of the usual dust pan and hand brush. Also there's a laundry on 7 th floor ,coin operated which includes the detergent, we didn't use it though . Not sure if we'd stay again it would depend on the price and the time of year as no balconies and the noise levels from low floors. It does attract groups, wouldn't be a problem in low season or a high floor.

Ground floor room felt like we was on the karaoke stage every night ! No other rooms available. I guess everyone wanted to be away from the noise as we'd emailed the hotel to request a high floor long before arrival. Karaoke on till 1.30 am most nights, but then you have the guests talking outside, maybe invest in some sound proofing? Layout of the bathroom: door opens inward which doesn't leave much room to manoeuvre, not suitable for anyone with a disability . Single beds very narrow so be aware if you are on the large size.
