We were happy with everything.. we were stuck for a taxi to go to a wedding...the receptionist very kindly gave us a lift...

Very friendly. Good reception. Nice touch for them to give us a late breakfast when we arrived. Also got our roomed prepared earlier than normal.

We visited Garda just for one night. The location is great. You see the lake from the balcony, you have swimming area in the lake right in front, you have many nice restaurants in the nearby while Bardolino is only 10 minutes walk with its streets, cafes and shops. In the morning it was great to have a run along the lakeside, beautiful views. Very nice room for the family of three, clean and nice. It is not large but very convenient. Reception area has a nice atmosphere. Very tasty breakfast. We loved everything about our stay!

Not enough parking. No hair drier.

Staff was friendly, location was good and free parking.

Air conditioner was very loud but if you want to open window it’s very loud from the street. Only one comfortable pillow for two person room. You can hear every neighbor come and go. Very poor price performance. Our only expectations was to sleep over night and park the car but even this was too low to get good night sleep for this price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms are simple but very clean (which is more important to me). The breakfast was really delicious with the great opportunity to sit outside in the terrace. I can highly recommend this place :)

The breakfast is excellent with freshly baked good, nice selection of drinks, yogurts and good coffee 10/10.

The room was a bit warm when we checked in. It was not a big problem as we immediately turned on the AC and in 15 min the room was already at a cooler temperature. Maybe the AC should be kept on at a low setting or switched on by the staff shortly before the specified check in time to allow for the room to cool down.

Nice room with sunset view from the bed, wood floor. Nice two stars hotel. Amazing breakfast. Parking available for customers. Nice Staff.

Narrow stairs, WiFi issues

We had a good three nights stay at hotel bardolino. The staff at the front desk are very courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided was sumptuous and great on all the days. Useful tips were provided for getting around the town and the lake. It's a short walk to the central part of town as it's located on the highway but this did not matter much as one can walk on the lakefront path of the towns.

Provision of a refrigerator in the room would have been nice. Also a large bed could have been provided for instead of two smaller beds conjoined. The mattresses were sliding apart during course of night.

We liked the professional guy at check-in who turned out to be the bartender also. Good beers and drinks and good service by him. And hotel has good location, but that's where the positives ends..... Worst hotel out of many we've visited in Italy. Last visit in 2016 at a Riva del Garda hotel was fine, restaurant not. (Garda is overrated. Last year in Lake Como's Bellagio was so much better in all possible ways.)

Our room 203 had no working a/c, no balcony, no views as mentioned in the description. In the bathroom it was a joke: 1. toilet seat was loose 2. holder for paper was loose 3. Towel handle was loose 4. Water piping along the floor was loose and finally 5. the bathroom door did not close. Our friends room wasn't cleaned from last guests and had used (female) pads in the paper basket. When I mentioned this at checkout, the lady snorted at me saying "you should have told us last night". My response was "How would that help? You were fully booked...." She snorted again, and it really became a joke when my friends wanted to pay their bar bills. They couldn't because I had booked and paid for all 3 rooms and therefore I had to pay ALL bills..... What a joke. I was in a lousy hotel in Modena early 80's, but this exceeds by far. Can't believe it has 8.0 ratings. My recommendation is look around for better values.
