We really couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel was perfectly located among many sites. Walked everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants around the hotel but the bar and restaurants of the hotel were fantastic. The included breakfast was a winner. Excellent food and coffee. The staff were excellent. Special mention of Sebastian. Thank you.

Room looked into the restaurant so was noisy and no fresh air

The location was great. The room was very pleasant.

The information I got at the reception concerning breakfast, to be served between 7.00-11.00 was not correct. I came at 10.55 and everything was already long ago out of the dining room. I saw another couple going out frustrated from the dining room saying: " they don't want to serve anymore". I have nevertheless insisted & the dining room personal was nice enough to bring me some cheese and an omlette, but this is not the regular 4 stars hotel breakfast. I asked later at the reception & they said that the kitchen closes at 9.30. Why did I get the wrong information, as did this couple? My room was not cleaned for 2 days, till I went to the reception & complained. I had a broken reading lamp which I wished to change. I called the receprion for 10 minutes & nobody answered. I called the room service who answered & promised to come. Nobody came. The next day I called from the city Elite Plaza, to ask them to change my lamp. I was calling for 20 minutes & nobody answered. My both pillows smelled from old sweat. I asked the reception to get 3 new pillows. I got 2. The line between the room & the reception never functioned. I had to go down personally to the reception to talk the staff. None of the notes for the visitor in the hotel or in the room itself were in English, only in Sweedish. I find it extremely provincial for a 4 stars hotel on the main road of the second big city in Sweeden. I was extremely disappointed and will not go to this hotel anymore.
