It is what it is don't expect to much

WiFi was really bad they kept turning it off in room or whole floor none for three days

convenient for station

noise from drum and bass bar opposite- needed to move rooms sound insulation between rooms poor holes in bed sheet (lots) really cold lights work on a key - no one showed us carpet stained bathroom tired no mattress protector- mattress and pillows old, blanket tatty and old bit smelly no bedside light on one side, shade on the other made light poor for reading tiny scruffy lift lack of decent welcome - reception staff seemed indifferent wiring for light switch dodgy nothing in fridge Is that enough!

was clean and I’m a great location.

The location was excellent, right on the seafront promenade, where the views across the straight to Sicily were wonderful. The bed and room were comfortable and clean and the breakfast adequate. The staff were always cheerful and helpful despite our poor Italian.

The wifi crashed in our room during our last day, but the staff allowed us to access the wifi in the foyer so we could make our onward arrangements. They did their best to repair the wifi but in the end had to wait for parts.

Everything was clean but average tv was smaller than the screen in my computer no fridge in the room and charged me for water all in all the service and premises did not match the description nor the price. Disappointed
