Hommikusõõk oli väga maitsev. Vastuvõtu lauas klienditeenindaja oli ka väga sõbralik. Tuba oli ka väga mugav. Ja hind on ka alati väga hea olnud.

Too much people in the spaa aria

Breakfast buffet was great, food was delicious, lot of options. The Hotel is quite outdated, but it's fine for one or two nights.

The spa was very small and crowded(and rather boring), would not recommend for "relaxing spa vacation".

Great place for family!!!!!! Very specious pool and sauna place as well as spacious kids play ground !!!

Breakfast menu was kind of boring, if you have more kind of fruits and hot food , would be great!

Location near the beach is big plus. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is overall quite good, the location by the beautiful beach is great and you can catch a bus to the city center/old town (the stop is right next to the hotel). The best thing about the hotel was the varied and tasty breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and suitable for basic needs. The service varied from good to a little quieter, but overall remained on the positive side. The waiters didn't smile much at breakfast, but that was fine, they did their job well anyhow. The service culture is definitely developing in Estonia, but there are still some old school vibes left here and there :) We also liked the spa, but it's very small, although it was still a fun indoor activity for our family on a rainy day. All in all, it's not a hotel with much personality but it's a very good stay and a value for your money.

-They had bathrobes in the room, but no slippers - Water was all over the place after shower, a bathroom mop/wiper would be nice! - There was no power outlet in the toilet, so can't do your hair in front of the mirror

breakfast quality could be improved and the wifi does not work well in certain parts of the hotel.

Breakfast had plenty of choice, Staff was very friendly and they helped me to get flowers to our room as a surprise to my wife.

Our room 451 had only one curtain so we could not black out our room. Not happy that the room was full sunshine at 5am.

SPA

Drain in the room was very smelly. The corridor also smelled like drain.

Breakfast was good, many choices and also enough space. Spa is not too big, but there are some saunas and smaller massage pool and slightly bigger swimming pool. Outside terrace could be enjoyable during warmer months. Very comfortable bed, extremely soft.

Kids pool was extremely small. Also Lotte's play room was with a regular ticket fee for the hotel guests, did not expect that :( (unless you pay for the special Lotte package the hotel offers via some channels)

Maybe we didn’t understand before but we ordered room for 2 adults and 2 kids. and get regular size room with 2 single beds and couch. room was very small and price very high for that size of room.
