Parking away from hotel, no AC in the room, no hot water

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The windows in the room was big. The air conditioner was working and the bed was comfortable.
It was extremely dirty everywhere. Even the cups in the bistro were covered in dust. The food was constantly filled with flies. The staff didn’t speak Bulgarian, nor English. The pool was covered in leaves and trash. There was dust everywhere around it and the smell was horrible in the whole hotel. There was no warm water and the bathroom had also horrible smell from the canalisation.

It was clean but way too old. Everything was like in the 60's.
The bathroom water pipe was clogged. If you bathe for more than 5mins the water overflow...
Staffs at the breakfast have miserable faces. 0 smiles or eye contact. Super rude.

Not very high standard in the room, everything is kept very simple. The breakfast was definitely not good.

it’s nice and close to the beach front however…
i was charged 83 lev for room and car parking on arrival even though I had paid 68 lev on booking.com receptionist or manager argued with me and so I paid 83lev I then got in touch with booking.com who said they’d look into this for me. from that moment on I was starred at rudely and aggressively.

can get a hotel down next street for the same money all inclusive and is 3 star resort.

Friendly personnel, clean rooms, close to the beach, like 5 mins away, very cosy and family friendly hotel. Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

The staf was very polite, always smiling and ready to assist me. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was well maintained.
Breakfast was tasty. Location of the hotel is very convinient.

I think my accommodation in this hotel was excellent, I liked the food there, the service wasn't bad too the location is near the beach, so you don't need transport.
However I like Hotel Varshava and I'm sure i will visit it again next summer!
The only thing which I didn't like was that the wifi was paid up in the room.
