Breakfast was absolutely 1st class..the location of the hotel was excellent. Would definitely return.

Beautiful rooms, fantastic staff, very well run credit to the Manager, great pool and jacuzzi, great stay will definitely return.

Location, location excellent

Rooms all over the place and a bit difficult to find. Hotel is kind of cold fashioned and breakfast very basic (but only 12 euro extra) but fine. We paid 180 per night (breakfast extra 12 euros) which is steep and possibly not great value but the stay was lovely and really enjoyed it

the only thing missing was a bottle of drinking water when we came back at night, in the room.

Fantastic location in the centre of Donegal. We had a nice large bedroom and very clean bathroom. All the staff on the desk were really helpful.

We did not get breakfast .but the staff and the location was good.we were returning to this hotel after 47 years we spent the first night of our honeymoon there so it was nice to go back after so long.

Breakfast was buffet style, food was well prepared, good variety.

We unfortunately had a room overlooking the inner courtyard so was a bit noisy and no view of the city.

The staff were friendly and courteous at all times

We stayed in room 377 it was in need of a good clean and decorating. Over looking a brick wall we had no view at all. We found blond hairs all over the bathroom I'm dark and my husband is bald so definitely not ours. Pubic hairs in the bath and round the bath faucets looked very dirty. It just put me off I definitely wasnt going to avail of the free tea and coffee in the room. Walking past other rooms being cleaned the next morning they had nice throws at the bottom of the bed we had nothing like that, very basic and disappointing I've stayed in motels with more room facilities and better decor. We had paid for breakfast on checking in and were very reluctant to go down the next morning, the staff were friendly and helpful food was OK for a buffet style breakfast. Our friends did have a much better room than us although they had an upgrade because he is a bit of a superstar, maybe we just got the worst room in the hotel 🤔😒
