Staff were unfriendly and impolite. They didn’t want to put something in a fridge for us for only half an hour after being nicely asked. Also, although it’s a pet friendly facility, they tried to kick us out from the breakfast area because of our dog who was with us on a leash. This was on third day of our stay although there were people with dogs on previous days. And there is no sign saying that pets cannot enter the eating area.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Aufstriche und mehr Getränkeauswahl könnte es geben, aber ansonsten tadellos. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich.

The location was very beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean. Especially, I liked the beds, they were large and comfy. We had a comfortable stay with kids here. Overall highly recommended.

Great value for money, kind and helpful staff, clean room

The room was clean, with big window fully opening. The hotel has a big parkig area. It is ok for a short stay.

As a summary the room was small, you cannot feel cosy. It was located pretty distant from the elevator. You get the feeling you are not in a hotel, but in a boarding school. The ratio value for money is not good.
