Great spa

Room was small and beds were very small

Overall, I had a pleasant enough stay at this hotel. The breakfast and dinner selections were good. I appreciated the fact that the menu changed throughout the five days of my stay, providing a variety of good options. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy. The hotel was relatively quiet despite being centrally located. The staff was attentive and accommodating and always ready to assist with requests or inquiries.

Even though the staff was attentive and accommodating, I did notice that their pleasantness seemed somewhat rehearsed, lacking a completely natural and genuine touch. It would be wonderful if the staff could focus on delivering a warmer and more authentic hospitality experience, making guests feel at ease. The other thing I did not enjoy was the rather serious tone in the dining area/restaurant, which made the dining experience feel somewhat intense. Again, creating a more relaxed ambiance would help with the overall dining experience so that guests can enjoy their meals in a comfortable and leisurely way. There is also a limited availability of lounging chairs throughout the hotel, with only three chairs located on the patio/roof area. There were no parasols to provide shade from the sun so you feel fully exposed. Please know that accessing the patio/roof area requires climbing a flight of stairs, as there is no lift or elevator available.

Travelling through area due to a family emergency. We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and there was no mention of its closing times. On arrival at 10pm we were advised the kitchen had just closed and they could not offer us any food/snack other than peanuts from the bar.

Warm in winter, exceptional breakfast and dinner buffet, very clean overall including the well-equipped and managed pool, sauna and spa areas. Good location very near the coast. The massage from Tatiana was one of the best ever experienced.

The beds were a little small for taller people!

I liked than the hotel is only for adults, the food is very good.

It's not good than the staff hardly speak English. I reserved a number, but they didn't tell me that I need to reserve a parking space. I found this out only after arriving at the hotel and only the next day.

Almost everything: good facilities, nice employees, really clean facilities, good value for money. Rooms are really spacious with balcony, always kept clean. Spa facilities are 2 jacuzzis, swimming pool, three saunas, delicious tea in the sauna area. Always a safeguard. Location is not central, but by the promenade, but it is actually better more quite location in Kolobrzeg. Breakfast and Dinners are very good, this is however not a super luxurious variety as some reviews stated, however still really great. Big plus for adult only hotel. Massages are very good.

The spa has a very wide variety of treatments at very fair prices; the salt cave is really nice and we were almost always alone there. The staff in the hotel, from reception to the restaurant to the spa, is fantastic. High-quality food with a lot of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Nice sauna and pool.

The hotel is lovely, well designed and comfortable plus fresh flowers in the lobby and good quality shower gel etc which smelt fabulous. In fact everywhere smelt lovely, like an upmarket spa. The food was exceptional, we had dinner and breakfast. I've never seen such an excellent breakfast selection and it was all fresh and delicious. The bed was big and very comfortable.
