The room is old and tired and requires update, its situated at back and seems neglected compared to front rooms which have fantastic views

We paid for a SUPERIOR room with a balcony. We got a crappy room with a balcony. the beds were old and springs coming out. the bathroom door doesnt close, there were stains on the sheets and a dead roach

Perfect location. amenities are a walking distance and staff are super friendly and professional.

the hotel is quite old. the bedding was also old and not very exciting & comfortable. we booked a room with the terrace. there were huge trees blocking the view which was a downer. it’s value for money if you are not concerned with comfort.

It was very cheap and the staff was friendly. The location is nice - it is directly at the waterside but still at the end of the harbor, so you always have to walk a little to reach the beach, restaurants and the shops. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was not very special but okay.

The beds were really uncomfortable and the walls very thin. The first nights we had really quiet neighbors, so it wasn’t a problem but the last night we could barely sleep because of crying babies next door. When we arrived the room smelled a lot like strong cleaning chemicals, this smell got better the following days. The corridor outside though smelled bad like mold or something.

Location is lovely. Raised location over the bay and nice 20 minutes walk to the lighthouse for a stunning sunset. Adjacent to the best bar in Port De Soller - genuinely Spanish bar and no tourist prices ( Port De Soller has usual tourist prices ). Nice varanda for food and drinks. Staff are helpful.

Rooms are basic, thin walls - you can hear taps running next door and people walking in corridors. Lift is very small. Rooms are tired and dated.

That it is an old hotel, is no excuse to keep it clean. When we arrived the room was full of hairs and mosquitoes crushed everywhere.... prepare a sack of money if you need water, in this hotel is almost € 4 a liter and breakfast even if it is 20 euros or vegetable milk, or juice that is not powdered in addition to little more than industrial pastries.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Location is exceptional.

Smell coming from the bathroom. Bathroom was small and door opens inside, so you have to squeze bettween the bath and toilet to close the doors (minor issue). They gave us a fan, but no outlets close to the bed to plug it in (and the fan was also not quiet enough for sleeping).

Excellent location and lovely staff. Clean rooms. Very attentive to my needs as a professional musician visiting the island.

24/7 service, great location and stunning views! Breakfast and diner available and free parking on the streets. Recommend this hotel! Port the Sollar is really nice, lots of restaurants and bars but very chill atmosphere.

Beds are hard and the room doesnt have the best smell so open the windows.

The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation- particularly the bathroom. although a lot cheaper than other hotels in this area I did feel it was expensive for what you got. the rooms are very basic. my sea view was blocked by a house and a tree- was disappointed as booked a sea view. two single beds in room when booked a double room!

The room was big, I'm a solo traveller but given a room for 3 people and the little balcony was a nice addition. The free safe in the room was much appreciated. The best part of the room was the shower, very powerful. The view from the front of the hotel is beautiful and the location is great to see across the whole of Port de Soller. Staff were friendly.

- The fan provided is pretty useless. - The room was not clean, particularly in the bathroom, previous guests hair all over the floor. - Ants in the bathroom/room. - The bathroom was outdated, tiny and not the cleanest. - quite glad I was only here for a night and have stayed in better hostels.

This hotel was everything we wanted. It is a budget hotel but when you are standing on the balcony you could be in a 5*. We upgraded to a room with a balcony as the weather was beautiful and wanted somewhere to sit when we woke up. We loved this hotel so much. The staff were lovely, the room was basic but clean and that's all you want at these prices. The breakfast was very basic and could benefit from being a little more imaginative but the view on the terrace made up for it.

The bed was very hard and it took us a while to move in the morning but it was fine.

good location, you could access the beach by some steps leading down from the pavement and it took you to the quieter side of the beach which felt nicer. staff were friendly and reception area welcoming.

our room looked entirely different to the online photos, it smelt horrible - like a drain or sewage - and in the morning smelt like cigarettes and would remain so all day, so there must’ve been an issue with drainage and ventilation. the bathroom was dirty, there was a piece of used floss in the shower when we arrived and a hair on the sink, and the bathroom in general was outdated. the room was far too hot to be comfortable and the fan we had made little to no difference. the rest of the room was extremely basic, with only a TV and a safe - no hairdryer, no iron, no proper wardrobe (just a rail), no drawers etc. as the room was so hot and foul smelling, our wet swimming things wouldn’t dry properly and smelt awful so we had to leave them outside, which wasn’t ideal as our outside area was accessible by the other rooms on our floor. the breakfast was basic and I was disappointed that we were not able to use the cold water dispenser throughout the day for some reason. this would have been helpful as the hotel staff advised us not to drink the tap water, yet instead of allowing us to use the cold water dispenser in the dining room, we had to buy bottles from behind the bar. overall, I do not think it’s worth the money staying here and I would not recommend nor come again myself.
