Nous avons passer un très bon séjour.

It’s located in a nice village and the hotel itself is nice.

The room especially the bathroom was quite small. Thankfully we didn’t spend too much time in the room as we spent most of our time visiting. The cleaning was a bit random (we didn’t get a refill of our water nor shower gel).

L'emplacement de l'hôtel au centre de Fontvieille. Nous avons eu un surclassement pour notre chambre, merci ! Hôtel très joliment décoré, chambre superbe et confortable. Excellent accueil. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue sans problème. Bon petit déjeuner.

Le prix du petit déjeuner, 25 euros par personne. Un peu cher par rapport à la prestation, petite quantité. A ce prix, il devrait y avoir au moins un buffet, du café avec machine broyeur à volonté, des oeufs.... comme on en trouve dans nos autres haltes hôtelières.

Excellent massage - would possibly even travel back for that, but would stay elsewhere. Aircon was working - I guess that is worth something though hard to turn down.

Vastly overpriced for what it offers. Would have been OK at half the price but did not meet expectations from star ratings. Everything is charged extra from parking (vs. lots avaialble for free on the street outside, which they do not mention when you book), to paltry breakfast ofr €23 p.p.. Bathroom straight out of the sixties, mouldy shower tiles and not enough water pressure - literally a trickle. Unacceptable in today's times and again in that category of star rating. And the "spa" is one broken jaccuzzi (out of order). I purposefuly booked a superior room with view or terrace: the view was of the car park, and the terrace was an uninviting square in full sun and off the bathroom with two rusty metal chairs... Wifi is poor too, had to switch it off to use mobile data as not strong enough signal nor fast enough. I would have mentioned all of this on check-out but there was only one inexperienced young trainee on site at the time.

Swimming pool wasn't always clean

the garden at the entrance is beautiful with a very nice small swimming pool . the hotels main building is very old and so charming . the stuff was really nice too.

I booked this hotel as I got attracted by by spa in their name but out of spa there is only Jacuzzi that is out of order.
