Le déjeuner est varié et copieux, l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le centre ville.

Il y avait un bruit indescriptible dans la chambre, peut-être la tuyauterie ou la climatisation, qui vrombissait toutes les 20 minutes et qui nous a empêché de bien dormir. De plus la chambre sentait le renfermé et l’humidité.

Le petit déjeuner est bien cher pour ce qui était proposé et surtout pour l’accueil de la personne préposée à ce poste. Sa moue boudeuse et son attitude méprisante exprimant un « je suis là mais si j’étais ailleurs ce serait mieux et surtout ne me posez pas de question » Heureusement, petit déjeuner, elle n’y est pas restée et semblait bien plus épanouie au contact du préposé de l’accueil auquel nous n’avions rien à repocher.

Hotel was exactly what we needed. Central, allowed dogs and rooms were quiet and comfortable

However we drove there from London and the reception person was not clear or helpful about how to get to the car park and seemed uninterested that we couldn't find it

Great facilities for the price range, comfortable and good value breakfast. Friendly staff, always with time to interact and never felt the pressure to leave the room at checkout or leave the breakfast area. Excellent value for money

the hotel is quite close to the train station. Staffs are friendly.

The room is not quite sound-proofing. I can hear sounds from the bar next to the hotel, people were talking loudly in the late evening. I was woken up at 5 am by the continuous sound from upstairs...

Great location, near bars, restaurants and tram station. Room was very comfortable and clean.

The location was great, close to a large transport hub and an easy walk to the old town and shopping.

The room was a little tired and quite small. Also, the pillows on the bed were square which we are not used to and which is a bit unusual for a hotel. From the photos on-line, we thought the hotel would be a bit more modern; it needs an upgrade.
