Grote ruime kamer. Perfecte bedden. Ontbijt was divers (gelukkig veel fruit), gezond en heerlijk. Auto, met alle bagage, kon ad Euro 10,- voor een nacht in de afgesloten parkeergarage. We hadden helaas geen tijd voor de sauna en zwembad. Beiden zagen er wel prima uit.

Kamers zijn warm. Geen idee hoe dit komt. Was niet extreem warm. De badkamer is aan renovatie toe en zou de kamer helemaal afgemaakt hebben.

Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die auf Wunsch individuelle kostenlose Zubereitung von Eiern und das.frische Obst. Auch die kostenlose Nutzung des SPA Bereichs (Hallenbad und Sauna) ist besonders.

Der Frühstücksraum ist schlecht ausgeleuchtet (Anmerkung: Frühstück um6.30 Uhr im Herbst, da ist es draußen noch dunkel).

Geräumige Zimmer, großer indoor Pool und Sauna.

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ausnahme ist hier nur das Restaurant / Frühstücksraum.

they gave us a free upgrade to a bilevel sweet!! I originally booked this hotel because it had a sauna and pool. everything was so comfortable and the staff were so friendly!

Everything was old and a bit broken. This hotel needs a huge renovation, or at least the rooms.

For a Best Western... it's pretty amazing. I'm from the U.S. and this is a very different beast. Fantastic breakfast, Spa and pool, very friendly & helpful staff, the list goes on. Oh right.... there's a mini bar as well.

There's very little to complain about and to me, the place could stand a bit of updating but honestly, it's a great place to stay. If I ever make it back to that part of the world, I'd happily stay there again.

The pool was big enough, it was not crowded, the room was very spacious

Minimal amount of dust on some surfaces, the shower head had a small defect, the Dampfbad was out of order.

Very good bed, not too soft.

Poor sound proofing. We were awaken by drunk guests at 5am shouting and hammering at the door next to ours. Room service was also knocking on every door at 9am checking whether they could come in to clean.

Big room with free baby bed. Location is good. Very easy to park. Free simple fast tea and coffee were available.

Facility is old. Bed was too soft. The given room was facing to the sun, summer was extremely high, there was no conditioner. Pool was unlikely not available, that was our purpose why we came to this hotel.

As impossible as it might sound, the 4-stars hotel has NO air conditioning. As the outside temperature was 30-35 degrees Celsius, it made our stay impossible. We could not sleep all night long because the room temperature during the night was in fact higher than the one outside. The hotel offered us a ventilator, but sleeping with a ventilator on is really not an option because of the noise in the first place and it made no difference as to the room temperature whatsoever, even with the windows opened.
