The best room you can get at Mürren, modern, new and with high standards!

Everything was perfect!

Great location, the room in the modern building are very comfortable, spacious. amazing views. very good breakfast and delicious restaurant.

The view from our room of the Eiger was just beautiful and the beds were comfy and breakfast was great, with lots of options. We had both an afternoon snack with beer and dinner at the onsite restaurant - the food and service were both great. If the weather allows, sit on the patio and enjoy the gorgeous views! We had fondue and the sizzling steak dishes, and apple strudel for dessert. The food was delicious and the portions were generous.

There were no power outlets in the bathroom (the blow dryer was built in but no other outlets and the plug couldn't be accessed). Also, the window in our bathroom (which was a large window at a low level) opened onto the patio of the room next door! I'm sure it was just an anomaly of the particular room we were in. There was a hot water kettle but no tea or beverages. The room was comfortable but on the small side. This was a "superior" room. We'd stay at the hotel again, but would probably choose a different room category.

Fantastic location on the side of the cliff with jaw-dropping view of the alps and Lauterbrunnen valley. Short walk through picturesque town to the cable car to see the Schilthorn mountains and James Bond 007 museum!! Hotel staff very helpful and had a coin laundry too!

In mid October it was the end of the season and many shops and restaurants were closed. Construction on nearby building was noisy—but they gave us a different room that was quiter.

The amazing view and the size of the Superior room

The hotel was advertised as being "cliff side" with a view of the Alps. Our room was precisely that: overlooking a deep ravine/canyon and looking across at the magnificent Alps/mountain crests.

Our balcony view was like none other…even with the fog, the mountains revealed themselves time to time. And our sunrise was beyond words

The staff was super kind and helpful. The location and view was absolutely spectacular. It was by far our favourite stay in Switzerland. I will tell all my family friends and clients about our experience.

Location is fabulous, room was great with a spectacular view of the Alps. You can dine outside, nice experience. Very scenic! The way to reach Murren is through a ropeway and then a toy train. The view through the train is just so mersmerizing. Really enjoyed the stay and the place! Breakfast was nice, people were nice as well. We got a good sized bathtub, they kept our request as we were in honeymoon. Thank you!

More expensive than the rest in the area! Food is also pretty expensive. No other option, as you little choice of other options in that area. The last ride through the ropeway is at 8.30pm. So you need to plan and come accordingly.
