I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. There was no fridge in the room but I was able to use the fridge downstairs in the kitchen for my things.

The location is perfect, the room was clean, it has a balcony, and everything was fine.

Helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. Also the bonus of a travel pass for the duration of our stay.

No breakfast included at all ( even though it is listed as included). The staff was very strict with checkout times and made absolutely no concessions. Not bad but not clean.

The location is outstanding. Very close to the train. Easy to get to everywhere. Surprisingly quiet for such location. Very helpful friendly and responsive staff. The room is spotless clean with enough space. Would definitely come again if i travel in Düsseldorf.

There was no breakfast available, the quality of the beds was average and the place could do with a refreshment (old carpets and wallpapers). But for that price, very much acceptable!

Quiet location, easy to get to with public transport. The room had everything I needed and the WiFi was good. The staff were very accommodating to my needs and responded to my questions when I needed a late check-in.

i liked that it was close to public transport stations. very neat and clean for an affordable price. a mall close by to get food or go shopping. would absolutely book again!

I booked a double bed room and we also had a couch bed for the little one which was very practical. There is a city ticket (valid for public transport within the city for one person) for free from the hotel and a bottle of wine was also provided for free :) There is a kitchen downstairs which can be shared by everyone and it has a big fridge, microwave and cutlery. You can also throw rubbish in the bin in the kitchen if you don't want to put it in the room's bin. Finally for someone driving with a car, it is advisable to reserve parking with the hotel (6euros/night) because parking in the city can be a nightmare (or you can park in the park+ride spot for free which is around 2km away from the hotel). The parking offered by the hotel is in a garage about 250 meters away from the hotel (directions are provided on a little leaflet). All in all, a nice little hotel. P.S it is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect to have a jacuzzi or breakfast in bed 😉

Nothing to complain about really. Maybe the space between the toilet and bath being quite small for a broad person.

Cleanliness was excellent. Spotless bedding and towels.Shower and toilet were immaculate.Room was very clean and dustfree. Working Tv in room. Fire escape.Plenty of plugs. Lots of privacy. No one can access your room, unless you want them to.

No kettle in the bedroom.
