It's a bit far from old town

The room was fairly good for two nights and walking distance from our center of interest. The location is pleasant. The reception staff is helpful.

The rooms and the building itself needs some update. It has a big potential as the building has its soul.

A great location and spacious room. convenient to have a later checkout time of 12 noon, although we had to leave early anyway

Many things wrong with the room. The kettle leaked so I stepped in a puddle of water in socks twice before I worked out where the water was coming from. The bathroom door handle and was hanging off. There were kitchen utensils missing from the kitchen, the saucepans wouldn't fit together on the hob making cooking the first evening extremely challenging. There was no dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid and despite asking twice it took two days to be delivered. Only one out of four lights was working in the kitchen area, a kitchen cupboard was broken, there were no pins to the plug on the audio unit so it was unusable. Very disappointing, as a previous visit here had been excellent. These problems were reported .and I was then offered another room, which was ironic because when asking for a specific room prior to arrival I had been told 'the hotel was 'fully booked' during my visit. The hassle of packing everything into cases again to move would have further added to the misery so we accepted a complimentary breakfast instead. However it did not compensate for the disappointment and I have no confidence that the problems with this room are fixed now as I wasn't even asked for a comprehensive written list of my complaints and no one made a note of them!

Great place to stay with parking nearby, place to play for children and close to city centre.

Room was spacy yet quite warm to our standards.

Great value, good space and facilities, amazing reception team. Easy secure parking under hotel for a discounted rate. Clean and comfortable. Fabulous mountain views, but then it's hard to avoid mountain views in Grenoble!

Nothing really. A bit too hot and didn't seem to be able to turn the heating down. Opened the windows, no problem, but feels a bit wasteful!
