We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with so much hospitality and the staff really does a lot to get to know you and make your stay great. We had a little hiccup with our booking and the staff did so much to fix it and gave us a great stay and were really helpful giving us ideas on how to spend our week in the Imagna Valley. The food was great, the view was outstanding, the spa facilities were great, and the other guests at the hotel were respectful. Def. a perfect place for a laid-back and comfortable vacation while still having the perfect amount of luxury. We were there for our honeymoon and would recommend especially for couples.

It is (I believe) allowed to smoke on the balconies connected to the rooms, and the smoke carries over into the other rooms. By the spa area the hotel has a special designated smoking area and this could have been applied for the other parts of the hotel.

I liked the location, but there is not much going on in the town off season.

The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Very helpful and everything was so cosy and clean. Very professional family based hotel. The restaurant served excellent food at a good price too. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our needs, like transfers and transport to the local town to catch a bus

No shops were open nearby, the closest bus stop to get anywhere has to be via a car drive down

the room is spacious, the views are exceptional, hotel clean reaply clean

good restaurant menu can maybe introduce chicken and more pasta

Perfect to relax. Very nice Hotel with excellent restaurant and breakfast. Including a real SPA. Small but more than enough for a relaxing short vacation. Live to be there very soon again

Problem with heating in the room

I liked a lot the swimming pool and spa zone in this hotel, also the restaurant was very good, the view from the room breathtaking, the breakfast is very tasty and with a large choice of all you need.

Everything was good and comfortable, the only one disadvantage of the location where is hotel situated - there is no roads for a good and calm walk in the forest

A beautiful resort looking over the hills, food was good and reasonably priced. Spa facilities were great and treatments were cheaper than the UK I'll definitely be going back The hotel is only a 40 minute drive from Milan Bergamo Airport and there is enough to do at the hotel spa to fill several days if you want to relax and enjoy a few treatments

Great location for house hunting in the area. Super clean and well appointed room. The pool area looked great but we arrived with a storm brewing so didn't use the facility. Dining options were also good, we used the Family's Pizzeria and weren't disappointed. Breakfast had a broad selection, served in the open Terrace area. Great hospitality with a complimentary Grappa a nice way to make our evening stay very comfortable. We'll be back

The best hotel we have ever been to. All the staff is wonderful, so caring and always with a smile. All the hotel and spa are spotless clean. Being family run, it makes you feel at home. The staff was very responsive, great view and a nice breakfast.

Note that the location is far away from any "attractions", and the wellness center (pool, spa etc) is at an additional cost.

Beautiful location and views, the spa and treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the staff were all very friendly and made what would have been a good trip into a great one. The restaurant and wine selection were both fantastic.

The views are amazing. The location is nice and quiet perfect after a few days in a city. Restaurant was lovely, very good food.
