Pudimos desayunar un café y tostada en la cafetería a la vez que tenían abierto el bufet.

La ubicación está muy bien. El hotel cuenta con parking gratuito, lo que es muy cómodo y la habitación era amplia.
La colcha de la cama y el tapizado del pequeño sofá estaban llenos de manchas perceptibles a primera vista y bastante ajados. Las sábanas estaban limpias, pero rotas y viejas. Un aspecto descuidado y lamentable en general.

The first room that we were offered was on the top floor. The room was big and quite comfortable but had some disadvantages. The AC was not efficient and very loud. Apart from that it was extremely loud in the room due to the fact that there were fans from AC on the roof that caused noise that prevented us from sleep the whole night. Very helpful employee found us in the morning a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Lovely dining area on 4th floor
Very poor. For my handicapped wife because access is either via steps or a ramp with rutted paving stones, this is an obstacle course for push walkers!!

The hotel was easy to locate from our direction of travel and was a beautifully presented classic building.
The free parking was a great bonus as there was little parking available in the immediate area.
It is well located, with the city Centre only a few minutes walk away.

The bed, the bathroom and the breakfast were spectacular. The reception staff were very kind and helpful

We had a junior suite - great space with a sitting area as well as a large bed. We had dinner when we arrived - with personal service as no one else was there so early (8pm is early in Spain). They couldn't have been more helpful, adjusting the menu to suit our foibles. The free underground car park is a bonus.
Signposting was seriously lacking - we struggled to find the dining room the first evening and the breakfast room next morning, having to ask reception both times. Breakfast was disappointing: the orange juice was more like squash; there ddn;t seem to be any cold milk for cereals; there was none of the normal selection of fruit salads.

Free underground parking at the hotel was a particular bonus, and the location was excellent for an overnight stay and mooching around the main centre area. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating, which is always a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
Though it did not affect us this time, the late booking-in time could be an issue if one wants/ needs to arrive a little earlier.
