El personal es atento y amable.
Las instalaciones son correctas, un poco anticuadas aunque limpias y espaciosas.
El desayuno no está mal, quizás echamos en falta algo más de variedad en la plancha. Mejorable para ser ****
No hay camas grandes.
La insonorización brilla por su ausencia.

Very friendly staff all around the hotel. After a bit of a rough week we were pleasently suprised when we were told our room was upgraded. Fantastic large room with view on the ocean and a large living. Breakfast was really good, with also freshly made omelettes! The advantage of adults only: no yelling in the hotel and around the nice pool area. Walking to Santa Eularia took about 10 minutes, so that was also really convenient. Highly recommended and we'll problably come back next year!
It was quite hot in the breakfast area. Maybe that was because of the average age which was quite high. ;-)

La habitación tiene terraza y es muy amplia. El desayuno cuenta con mucha variedad y calidad de productos y el spa está muy bien. El personal es súper atento y simpático.

Buena ubicación y tranquilo, facilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores del hotel, cama muy comoda y el baño muy limpio y bien conservado.
Bajamos al spa y fue decepcionante, piscina fria, sauna apagada, baño turco que olia a tuberías y sin vapor, sumale encima que en la piscina no hay ni un solo chorro de agua, avisamos en recepción para que al menos encendieran las sauna, pero pasaron de nosotros. Una decepcion de hotel comparado a otros de la cadena en los que me he alojado. El desayuno café malo de maquina.

Habitaciones que dan al hall o al bar son ruidosas, ponen la música ambiente elevada hasta la medianoche.

Colazione molto soddisfacente. Bella la piscina. Camere e bagno ampi e confortevoli. Letti comodi. Camera con vista piscina e mare. Personale gentile. Ottimo il servizio garage coperto gratuito.
La SPA potrebbe essere gestita meglio, non c'era nessuno alla reception né a controllare. La posizione non è proprio comoda ad andare in centro a piedi.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and a lovely wooded area regularly used by people. We couldn't fault the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was nice with the usual variety. We ate out so can't comment on the dinner.
The inside area where the entertainment takes place could do with air con turned on while entertainment is taking place.

Breakfast was a buffet and was generally good. The pool area was great.
There was no soap provided in the room - not even from a dispenser, or water available - I had to go to the supermarket to buy water. On arrival my room had sand all over the floor and in the towels and when I got the spare pillow from the cupboard it had blood on it. The spa looked great, but not too much of it was working properly (the sauna was not on - the steam room so hot it was dangerous and the heated stone beds turned off).

Basically the hotel is for the older person could do with more evening entertainment I'm 66 and found it very boring I will not be going back
There is a dress code in the evening for men to wear long pants and a shirt with a collar in the restaurant this was never inforced by the staff so I leave that up to you

excellent hotel,good value for money and plenty of variety for breakfast,bar prices were very good for a 4 star hotel and the swimming pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds available.

Lovley location and pool was great, room is a fairly good size. Breakfast was excellent.
Bugs in the bedroom. Dinner far too expensive especially when it didn't even include drinks.

it had a relaxed vibe, in a lovely peaceful location. the buffet was great and the staff were so friendly. There was even a large book exchange library, which was a wonderful touch. Drinks were reasonably priced too.
There was a kettle in the room (good) but no tea or coffee (not good!).

Lovely swimming pool and seaside location. Catering & cleaning staff were friendly & helpful. Excellent spa facilities.
Santa Eulària itself is about 15 minutes walk, many excellent restaurants are there. Several beaches within 10/20 minutes walk.
The hotel had only just opened for the season and there were some teething problems. We waited over an hour for a sandwich, but they were very apologetic & didn't charge us for it.
One or two of the reception team were officious.

the location and the sea view room. the reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful.
on the last morning we were getting picked up for the airport at 8.45am and we went in for breakfast at 7.55am, so was 5 minutes early for it opening at 8am, I got shouted at by one of the chefs for going to get water and being in early! The door was open and other guest were in the breakfast room as well. Did not appreciate being spoken to like this by a member of staff! if they didn’t want guest in they should have the door locked or a member of staff to say it was open yet!

it's a good hotel of the well known group. I liked it there, especially the pool area and spa area - it's nice and big, well-equipped, good breakfast, good room, all is comfy and clean but a bit outdated. Room is big. The territory is big and well-kept. I totally recommend visiting this place. It's very quite there.
nothing bad really but I was recently in Mallorca in the hotel from the same group and in comparison you can say that experience in Ibiza was a bit less exciting but still very positive.

Very clean, service was good, air con was fine, parking was great - free underground parking beneath the hotel. Pool was decent, and plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. 20 min walk into Santa Eularia which was perfect. Lovely stroll in each evening. Location was brilliant!
A very minor point. It was deathly quiet around the pool, not a lot of atmosphere, even though all the sun loungers were full. I think they needed to put on some music from the time the pool opens. It’s not a party hotel, so I’m not expecting it to be loud in the slightest, but just so that it has some atmosphere. We felt like we had to talk really quietly or everybody would hear!
