The swimming pool. Reception staff were very helpful and nice.

The location was shocking - it was about 15 minutes from the centre of town by car. Taxi had to be ordered each time in and out. There was no shop near the property, no restaurant near the property or no cafe. There was nothing at the property at all. There is nothing close by or nothing within walking distance. There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. No one came near us for the whole duration of our stay to clean the room, offer fresh towels, toilet paper or anything. We had to request toilet paper. To get in and out of town a taxi had to be ordered which you had to wait for, there was no shuttle bus or any other option available.

Amazing staff! Amazing place! Oven broke and they changed us appartments quickly. Very clean .loved it!

Bungalows Imperial Park are a lttle out side of the city at a height of 100 meters. amazing views over the rocka nf the city. I havd a great time, the bungalow was clean quiet and came with all the usual soaps shower caps etc! The complex was a resort and was not very susceeefull now familys and long term reats are availabe in the same palce. There is no supermarket it near by this has more to do with spanish Zoning laws and not the complexs fault. I had to get to rent bike in the city to get back up the hill! So tip small would be great if the Bungalows Imperial Park rented bikes to get in to the city! Would I stay again yes I would! What I loved was there were no towels were on sun loungers, as I went for my early Morning swim ! one of the many pools had monsters concret lizards they made me very happy! The food in the onsite cafe was delicious ! I never went there for breakfast ! - it was they have a menu it was more  aducaute!

The bungalow was brilliant. Well equipped and modern and comfortable. We happened to be lucky with a block right in front of the pool with little walking and few steps. Pool areas were really good for the babies and children. I loved the water slide, a nice little touch. Very happy staff and friendly service. It was my birthday and I received a gift on arrival, a birthday note and even a call to my room on the day wishing me happy birthday. Lovely service.

The buffet was just ok. I found it very repetitive and barely warm. My partner is a celiac requiring gluten free meals and there was no selection or variety to cater for him. We asked and although they provided meals, there was no choice and we had to wait a long time for it to be made. When the buffet was open, the bar and cafe closed so no drinks were available anywhere. The kids entertainment was very fast and didn't include parents to interact. The main evening shows were poor and basic. The 10am sunbed rush was a joke. There was chaos to get a bed around the pool. There are clearly signs saying you can't reserve with towels but this was not policed and everyone did it.

Dirty smell from toilet. Old stuff in the room. Way to expensive for this old beat up rooms. Very bad old beds. Please book an other hotel.

good choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner, bar staff very busy but efficient, fantastic views, great pools, we are british but mainly spanish occupants so the entertainment was not for us but there was a good atmosphere,

front door to appartment seemed a bit tired/well used, other than that more than satisfied with room

There was no good adult entertainment. Too little seating for the evening. The adult only bar was not free despite being all inclusive. 2 gin and tonics cost 10 euros!

There was a lot that we didn't like. No table clothes in the restaurant. Having to ask for a glass each time you got a drink, otherwise it was paper cups!
