I had not air conditioning in the room. It was broken. Nobody could help me to fix it

We loved the pool, it was so nice going for a swim after a long bus trip. The staff were very nice and approachable. The in-house restaurant served great food. The large bed was so nice!

Our toilet did not flush very well, I think it requires some maintenance. The room had an adjoining door and our neighbors were a little noisy at one point. The music playing in the hallway can also be heard in the room, but it turns off later at night.

Staff was very friendly.

One of the rooms had a smell... plus they charged us with an unexpected tax even though we had already paid in full.

Hotel is well located in the center of Tumbes city. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the rooms (416) had a musty feel and bad odor - the rugs were not clean and the AC did not work as well as our second room (414)

Breakfast was good, pool was descent but surrounding windows should be clean. Dinner took for ever, maybe because of the time but still took time te get something simple like ketchup.

Room had a damp smell, bathroom definitely had a strong damp smell. Pillows were not comfortable at all considering it’s not a cheap hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel in particular, rather stay in a cheaper hotel and expect lower quality service than pay extra money for low quality comfort.

We stayed in a triple room, it has air conditioning, a tv, a safe box, and comfortable twin beds. Breakfast was great since it is a buffet you have a lot of options to combine and be satisfied, the staff was attentive at any time. At the top of the building, you have a pool where you can also have good drinks and snacks. I recommend this hotel I wish we have stayed more days there but I will come back.
