Superb location. Staff were really helpful. Room was ideal, clean and front facing and surprisingly very little noise from the road. Not enough to wake me. I travelled with a dog and the hotel was super accommodating

Lovely host who made us feel very welcome. We stayed in an older room which had lots of character, a four poster bed and roll top Bath which was lovely. Great location right in the middle of Chipping Norton and ample free parking.

Some areas were dated however understand that the hotel is being renovated bit by bit. The pool area was closed and on observation would be unusable at present. The towel heater in the bathroom was dirty and rusty so was unusable.

I like my room. Clean Tidy and soo calm..Apart from it, their Breakfast and Sunday lunch. I loved their evening meals and the surrounding . Highly recommended for all. Must try their dessert 😍

Not suitable for those that have problems walking - 3 flights of stairs (no lift) - plus quite noisy being front of hotel

Booked a single room, which when time to check in they could not find - so was upgraded to a beautiful double room with roll top bath/shower

Service - took a while to find room, told to wait until after 3pm, even though no single then available even after payment received. But eventually upgraded to double which was lovely

Really clean room, with lovely view of the sunset in the evening and thoughtful touches. Really friendly staff and great service. Great location right in the centre of Chipping Norton.

Slightly noisy being next to the main road, and not fully dark room as light from the streetlights outside come round the curtains

It was an absolutely lovely place to stay.

Perfectly acceptable budget hotel with a bar and restaurant on Chipping Norton’s high street. Parking to rear and I was cuffed to have stayed in what was a former owner’s, (Keith Moon) bedroom.

No cooked breakfast- but a couple of cafes nearby.

Right in the centre. Big room. Extremely clean. Quiet.

The room was a bit cold but a portable heater was provided.

room was clean and comfortable. Didnt really see any staff. Menu limited and the locals advised food was not good, plus food was more expensive on menu than advertised on the website.

Would have been nice if menu was more varied and reasonable, only did 1 brand of wine which was Chilean. Not many other eating places in the town as well.

Staffs were very friendly and environment was so calm specially in they have very friendly regular customers as well .

exceptional value the owner of the property was very welcoming couldn’t do enough for us . our room was amazing spotlessly clean and a lovely rolled top bath was a lovely touch to the large spacious room with toiletries and free drinks big shout out to abdul .breakfast had amazing choices and used good products too.Reaul the waiter at the bar and at breakfast was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. we got free parking which saves a lot of money and stress.I recommend anyone to stay here . brilliant value for money and location in the centre of beautiful chipping norton .

Well located, clean and comfortable.

We weren’t told there would be no food available for our stay 2 rooms for 2 colleagues. Just told no food being cooked today at the bar even though there is a bar menu available on the website and on the entrance to the hotel. The other restaurant in the town was fully booked. Breakfast states a continental on the website again no breakfast, no staff available to talk to at check out.

We were happy with the cost and the shops and restaurants around the hotel. The bar was great and everyone was friendly

We were sad that the pool and gym facilities were out of use- we were not told this before arrival and took our swimming and gym attire. It did not effect our stay, however I was looking forward to a swim.

There is very little to dislike any problems were very minor and delt with by staff

After reading some of the reviews, we were a little apprehensive, but the rooms were very nice, and the hotel was perfectly fit for purpose. We will stay again if we attend a future event at FarmED.

It was very noisy outside on the night we stayed, but this wasn't the hotel's fault - there was an event happening in the village that would have been outside the hotel's control.
