The location is close to the port. It is clean. The view is nice.

The internet was very bad. There is no shower, only bath. No fixed shower head. The hotel feels old.

Good location, next to the Spar grocery store, parking in front of the hotel, balcony, fridge in the room.

Was quite noisy - we could easily hear all the noises from the corridor, neighbours, the lift… bed was not comfortable

Great stay, perfect size of room, location is excellent, only few minutes away from port, restaurants (less than 5min).Very clean and quiet from the port craziness.

Breakfast a little disappointing and rather expensive. On second morning we went a restaurant in town 500m away for breakfast

The room was clean and modern…..however it was not the room we booked! We booked a room with a courtyard view but instead we looked out at a cliff face two meters from our window. Staff told us it was what we booked so we would have to take it or leave it. Also the room was located in a side corridor, with one other room, just outside the breakfast room. There were disused headboards stacked outside our room and various items from the breakfast room stacked in the corridor.

Reception staff difficult to communicate with as they did not speak a word of English and they spent their ‘spare’ time watching TV in the adjoining lounge area. The shower has nowhere to put soap or shampoo and the shower head could not be adjusted…..it kept slipping down.

Marina at the desk was wonderful! Gave us excellent restaurant options and was quick to help us with any and all questions that we had. if i owned a hotel, I would want her working for me!!

Everything was very clean and tidy. All the furnishings and fitting were in good condition. Nothing broken or worn out. Breakfast was excellent.

Bed was a bit to firm and the overall feel of the hotel was a slightly clinical.

The location was great, easy walk to the port & citadel areas. Stores nearby with prepared food & delicious meals. Room was spacious, mini frig nice to have.

The staff, while friendly & helpful enough, spoke not a word of English. To run a tourist hotel & not speak the globally recognized language of tourism is not acceptable in the hospitality industry these days.

Near the harbour, easily reached by foot in a few minutes (not on the hill). Friendly staff Clean & quiet Plenty of restaurants & cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The room had very comfortable beds, the parking was right out front, and the location is great for walking.

There was suppose to be a refrigerator in our room but there wasn't. We requested one based on the listing and were told no. Also there are only like 2 plugs in the entire room which makes it very difficult for 3 people to charge phones on.

Cleanless, good bed, big and light room, garage, el-station for ev, very good location.

The staff all seemed off when they spoke to me, especially in the restaurant for breakfast. And the breakfast was poor (one of the worse I’d experienced)

The exterior needs freshening, only because it is misleading as to the quality of the hotel.

The hotel has a very comfortable position , very close to the harbour, the city centre and many bars and restaurants. There is a small parking outside the hotel, very comfortable. A big supermarket is nearby, many local products are available there.
