the location is good for nightlife.
the rooms don’t just need a spruce up but total renovation. the bathroom was a disaster, tile grout missing and the bath was unsealed flooding the floor every time it was used.
my son cut his foot on the swimming pool tiles, a lady said same thing happened to a kid when they stayed back in July, why is it still not fixed?
we booked an extra bed for the room, the going price is between 300-500baht per night they charged 700baht, total rip-off.
second last day we had water leaking through the light fitting flooding the kitchen.

I wouln't say this is the worst room I have stayed in in Pattaya . I would say it is the worst room I have atated in in the world .
Whole room dirty and falling apart . See below pictures of our bathroom . On top of everything the bath water was constantly brown .

The position of the hotel is very good for the restaurants and bars, the staff were very helpful and courteous.
The price they charged for laundry was ridiculous, never have your laundry done by the hotel, also the laundry service itself was very poor with things missing and sent the day after 1 person traveled, so very inconvenient.

Excellent location yet very quiet. Very cool hotel, has aged, yes, but aged gracefully and is excellent value. Large room, quality decor, solid brick walls .. and a bathtub!

the luxurious feel of the rooms, the impressive

tried to rebook the same room after our trip
for the third week of our holiday and found
reception staff unhelpful. spent the week at
LK President instead.
