We spent four nights at the hotel and were very satisfied. The hotel is nicely and modernly equipped. It has its own free parking outside and in the underground garage. It is located about a ten-minute walk from the main promenade and the lake, a gentle hill. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good and varied. The pool and rooftop whirlpool with a nice view are great. The room is cozy with a small balcony, we were lucky to have a view of the lake. The bathroom was small, but equipped. On the day of departure, it was not a problem to stay after check-out until the afternoon at the pool, there is also a shower including soap and a towel - we appreciated that very much. We recommend the hotel and would love to come back.

The bed's mattresses were quite soft, but that's a matter of opinion. I recommend working on the details that the ****hotel should look at - the scratched wall next to the bed, the creaking door handle from the bathroom and the dirty cover of a book with information about the hotel.

Small & dark room

Walking distance from the centrer, comfortable , clean room, polite staff, good food, specially i liked gala dinner what was organized by hotel. Nice view from the roof floor with reating area and warm jacuzzi.

This Hotel is not for away from Garda lake. Our room was cozy and with balcony, so it was nice view to the mountains. Rooms are very clean, breakfast small, but good. They have swimming pool and teracce in the hotel. So I could recommend this nice place for your holidays for sure.

Very comfortable stay, exceptionally clean with very helpful and pleasant staff.

It was a small bit out of town but the hotel makes up for that by providing a regular shuttle service.

A very nice hotel, newly refurbished, very clean, beautiful pool, restaurant, breakfast and the size of the hotel is perfect. Not too big and busy. Nice parking place next to the hotel. Free shuttle bus to downtown Garda

The Hotel Eden does deserve 5 stars . We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the facility and the room was very clean . I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday with flowers, champagne and a cake . I ve called the property if they would arrange something like that and they did a fantastic job . The flowers were beautiful, the cake was delicious and the champagne was great. We Will be definitely coming back again !!!

Easy to find , good location from Garda main centre

The staff were very attentive. The hotel was spotless and the location perfect. In my opinion the hotel is in a better location for nicer restaurants with very tasty ones on your doorstep. The staff were also very responsive to messages on booking.com. Overall happy guests
