breakfast waste of money as paid separately at the hotel

The room was comfortable even if it was a bit old. Cleanings in general was good.

In general staff was not really welcoming and sometime a bit rude. Only a couple of staff were saying hello and asked how everything was. Breakfast was below the expectations with not many choices.

We were told the room had Air conditioning. It was 78 degrees outside. We left for the evening and called the front desk to complain that the room was hot. They lied and said they would fix it. There is no air. They offered a fan and told us to open the windows. There is noise from a mosque starting prayers at 5am and breaking glass from garbage. It took 21 calls to get the front desk. We got 5 different stories about the AC. It is seasonal and not operated individually by room We left a day early. The room was so hot that our pastry icing had melted when we got back. They guaranteed us a refund. We are now lodging a dispute thru American Express.

no wineglasses or corkscrew in room and wanted to charge a fee for the service

You pay over 200 usd stay 3 days i was in title only one day bottle of water a bottle of water cost less then 50 cents you should advise other customer to bring with them water !!! Shame full

We really enjoyed the breakfast.

I liked the location of Dan Boutique which is in close proximity to the Old City and the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Mr.Nael who made our stay comfortable.
