The location
The man in the front desk was rude when I asked him to help me to turn on the AC because even if you pay for a room with AC they don’t turn it on if the temperature outside is fresh. So you pay for a service and then you don’t receive it. I had to sleep next to an open window to breath fresh air and over that was raining the whole night. I got very sick

Me gustó mucho la amabilidad del personal. La habitación estaba limpia y era acogedora. El desayuno fue acorde a las expectativas. Ubicado cerca de la estación y del centro. Volvería a alojarme en el hotel la próxima vez.
Todo fue bien y acorde a las expectativas. No considero nada negativo.

Por empezar la ubicación fue súper buena, a dos calles de la estación de bus. La amabilidad del recepcionista también fue destacable, la habitación estaba disponible a las 15 horas y nos prepararon todo a las 11:30hs.
Además la limpieza y prolijidad del sitio también se hizo notar.
Sinceramente súper recomendable.

Great location. Near station yet quiet. Easy walk to centre of town. Clean and comfortable bed. Good en suite shower. Excellent value for money.

I especially liked the on-duty managers. The day manager was extremely helpful in communicating with a taxi company to locate my cell phone that was left in a taxi. I am forever indebted to him — muchas gracias!!!

Good location, just 3-5 mins from both bus and train stations, and 12-15 mins by walk from city center, quiet place. Clean room, with a lot of light option. Pleasant staff. Heating worked very well. Very good price and quality ratio. One of best 2 star hotel I ever been!
Cosmetics was of good quality, but there was only bath gel, but shampoo missed. Quality of breakfast was good, but it missed any vegetable, even simple.

The place was super clean, the beds amazingly comfy and a hot shower was waiting for us after a very long day of traveling. It was a great starting point of the Camino de Santiago.
I was planning to have some tea to relax and prepare to go to bed, but there was no electric kettle in the room. I was expecting that as the room was for four people and the type I could expect to find one.

Check-in was uncomplicated even with a very late arrival. The reception was always manned by very helpful and pleasant people. The location was very good for train travellers and the neighbourhood in which this accommodation is located was very pleasant. The hotel is highly recommended.
There is nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

SO close to train and bus stations, a quick walk to cathedral, and an excellent grocery store right down the street. I loved this little hotel, tucked into a great, family neighborhood. wonderful,warm staff.
The bed needed mattress pad (but most beds in Spain do).

The location is good, quite close to the train station. The price worth it
The air conditioning is managed by the lobby, which is a bit strange. The windows are facing the neiborhood so we can’t open all the windows, less privacy
