This is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious (including the bathroom), they provide the best breakfast you look forward to each day and there is a very friendly atmosphere among guests and staff. Every member of staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The owners clearly understand what makes a great place to stay and they have a team of people who deliver just that.

Location is very central for Kinsale, it’s a big B&B, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff.

Parking was very limited. It’s an old building and noise travels. A generator or a washing machine on very early in the mornings

Brilliant staff, excellent location, fabulous breakfast, comfortable room, and you were made to feel like one of the family.

The television in our particular room was a little small, and whilst the coffee machine did dispense hot water it did not boil it enough in order to make tea, and so a kettle would be a good idea.

Breakfast and location was Amazing !!! The staff we super helpful and friendly and your decor , fresh flowers and ambiance was top class !!!

The only thing that lets the hotel down is the carpet it was extremely rough on your feet and in parts of the bedroom and hotel it had not been fitted properly and tuffs were sticking out of the side

Pretty much everything. As soon as we pulled up in our rental cars, staff were helping us with bags and guiding us where to park. Breakfast was exceptional. Only issues were getting up and down from the 3rd floor a little awkward and not rate not cheap, but a lovely splurge.

Lovely common rooms and staff. Wonderful breakfast and owner managing hotel onsite. Fresh cut flowers everywhere. Well decorated rooms with comfortable beds.

Room temperature was a bit warm overnight

if I had to be supercritical… the sisal carpeting throughout the room and common areas was tough on the feet. but it looked beautiful.

Superb, friendly and efficient staff. Scrumptious breakfast. Beautiful property - perfect location.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice which has local produce. Although I did miss the buffet but I understand this was changed due to the pandemic and restrictions.

The coffee machine in my room was not working but I forgot to mention it to the staff

Great breakfast. Wonderful location on the water with all restaurants & pubs a very short stroll away.

Limited parking but close to town parking lot that you need to pay for a park ticket.
