موظفه الاستقبال وتعاملها في الاتصال وقت النوم والاتصال من الساعه 11 ونص تذكير بالخروج وبجاحه الكلام

الموظفين جدا محترمين ماقصرو فعلا معي على طولت البال بالذات محمد عسيري و ريناد حوباني يعطيهم العافيه وشكرا لهم

يا ليت موضوع النظافه يركزون عليه اكثر

اعجبني كل شي وبالاخص موظف الاستقبال الخلوق المحترم

In the reservation it say that the room will be on high floor level but they provide us with a room in the first level

Location

dirty windows, not soundproof, shower setup, the master control key.

Location is nice and facilities are good.

Extremely expensive food options. Ramadan breakfast was 400 SR per person. Parking is a pain, you have to tell them the room number every time you park and sometimes they ask to show the key.

Firstly could not get hold of anyone by telephone which I tried 8 times before getting someone. The beds were wet from the humidity being spewed out of the Air Conditioning system The hotel knew about this and had actually put towels on the bed. There was mould on the edge of the ceilings. One time when we came back, we found the the door lock to our room on the floor, which had fallen out due to deterioration. The cabinet doors were falling off. One morning when we went down to reception and found that no one was there. The hotel seems to be falling apart and needs to be completely renovated. The hotel sent me a link to provide a review. The link does not work. What a mess!!!!

The employees were professional, The hotel was quite and comfortable.

Can't get hot water from the shower, but at least the bath is working

the view is very charming you could see the whole chornich from the room

too expensive some of the room interior is broken
