Apartments are wery good, they are close to the beach, castle, bus stop, shop. In apartments there are all necessary . Personal were really helpful But there is small comment from me . I stayed there for a month (november) - and I was missing 2 things - good pan and good TV antenn

Situation staff

Mosquitos everywhere a total infestation in the apart.

The location is great, the building is on first line, very close to Southern beach, not so far from the castle. There is well equipped kitchen, good furnishing.

The place is next to super noisy hotel Agora Spa & Resort, they play loud music every day until midnight. The staff is not terribly friendly. They do not speak English. The towels come at extra cost.

beachfront location

no Air Conditioning in 37 degrees so the apartment was hot and Stuffy and it was difficult to sleep

The light did not work. Toilet had to be flushed 4-5 times. Showerhead was broken, makeshift showerhead was spritzing all over. Toilet seat was old, worn out and very unsanitary. Some furniture were broken. Upon checking-in, no one spoke English ( the only one who spoke English was off that day). No one took us around to explain how things worked. Had to go back several times to the office just to get situated.

The location was amazing.

That there was nothing you need for your stay in the apt. One toilet roll (for 3 people for 2 days), no hand soap, no washing up liquid, nada. I knew we had to bring our own towels, but I was asked if we needed bedding, and we were given sheets. It was really cold and we had no blankets, just sheets. There was 1 heater so we had to share it between the bedroom and the living room, where 1 of my kids was sleeping. It wold make a HUGE difference to just add some extra comforts: a TV, blankets, some soap and washing-up liquid, so people don't need to go out and buy all the necessities. I know it's cheap, but soap doesn't cost much.
