Todo correcto

Ubicación inmejorable en pleno centro de Oporto, a minutos de la estación central de tren de Sao Bento y del intercambiador de metro ligero de Trinidade, así como de puntos emblemáticos de la ciudad. Personal amable y atento. A pesar de ser un edificio antiguo, muy bien aislado del sonido tanto del exterior así como de otras habitaciones. Desayuno libre con una variedad que bien vale su precio.

Colchones un poco incómodos, almohadas poco mullidas, viejas, con relleno apelotonado.

Everything was really good the location the staff excellent service and friendly I would give at least 3.5 as per my youngest son 11 old he even said it was unfair the hotel to be rated as 2stars hotel.

The WiFi was not working properly at 4th floor but is something we could overcome.

The location is great, close to metro stations and the city centre. The staff is also really friendly and willing to help with whatever is asked. The room and bathroom have a decent size, with a good air conditioner.

The room was a little noisy, both from the exterior at the plaza, and from the corridors while other guests are walking by. The facilities need some improvement, as for example the shower, which was pretty bad.

Paulista could not be more central, within easy walk to all main areas. 5 mins walk coming from airport to Trinidad station by metro. Staff super friendly, breakfast great range and value at €7. Clean, comfortable.

In the center, which was very convenient. In four days we explore all 4 sides of the city around the hotel. Beautiful view at night.

Building is very very old, but still kept in good shape. Had problems with the reservation at check in as I don’t get the room which I book with four beds, as I had child which by mistake don’t get included in the Nbr of guests . And charge was 30€ per night when they advertise children stay for free. So we don’t get that bedroom with 4 beds they provide me the room with 3 twin beds , I would say to make me uncomfortable so I pay extra to get that extra bed. Was on 10 day Portugal trip from US don’t actually mean to hide a child and sneak in but happened by mistake, no body wants be uncomfortable when they plan vacation abroad. Didn’t try the breakfast 7€ per person, which is not bad , but missed it every day as we get up late coz kids wants to sleep.

Bathroom had no shower and toilet was in an uncomfortable position next tothe wall .

The single room was very spacious and the included facilities were complete as listed in their description. Breakfast was okay and it was cheap, but what I liked the best is the location of the hotel - it's just a few minutes way to the tourist attractions in Porto by foot.

The room was not soundproof at all, I could hear every noise from the voices in the reception and the clanging of the dishes in the breakfast dining areas during the morning and also the footsteps from people passing by my room.

I booked this hotel for my parents and I am really glad that they've enjoyed their stay at Hotel Paulista. On behalf of my parents, I can say that the staff were lovely and always helpful! Thank you so much for hosting my parents. I cannot wait to visit Hotel Paulista someday soon!
