Everything! Great location, staff and superior renovation of the entire property. Rooms are beautiful!

The room was comfortable, beautifully and tastefully furnished -- a pleasure to spend time hanging out here, between explorations of the town and other areas of the island. It was too cool and windy for us to sit on the charming deck, but we appreciated the extra light and views from the two doors, and found ourselves taking many pictures from that location. The staff were wonderful, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. They booked two restaurant dinners for us at two different locations, both excellent meals and very responsiveness to the direction we provided about our likes and preferences. They also helped book a driver who gave us a tour of the island, as well as arranging for transportation to and from the port.
The room was short on plugs, places to keep our electronics fully charged. We found that we had to juggle the charging of various devices (phones, watches, computers) -- there were just not enough few plug-in options, and virtually none dedicated to electronic tools. A desk in the room with multiple outlets would be really helpful.
The shower door needs replacement -- there's no seal under the door to prevent water from the shower from escaping into the room, completely saturating bath rugs.

This lovely boutique hotel was beautifully situated with highly sought after parking. The decor was artful, the staff super friendly and very accommodating ( even to making us a takeaway cappuccino at 4am on out last morning). Breakfasts delicious.

Great localisation, nice localisation, nice breakfast with croissant, coffee and eggs the way you want. Very close but not too much in the action so you can sleep well.
Also close to the bus station, so easy to go from the port/other beaches (we didn't rent anything).
Very clean. Close to a small market. Flexible on arrival and departure.
There is a private pool with the villa, but i think the pool shouldn't be private; you realize once you are there that it wouldve been really nice to have access to the pool (and its big).
Not negative but know it is up the hill form 5-10m walk.
Small room for 4 but i guess it wasn't planned for 4.

Location, view and vibe.
Sofa beds very hard. Not enough bath robes and water for 5 people. when asked the hotel accommodated.

Amazing views, friendly and helpful staff.
There was no communal pool. Not a show stopper but would have been nice.

Very good location, complete view over the old port and old city from the breakfast terrace. The room was nice and clean. The side rooms have no real views, but that was not very important, we just chilled on the terrace when we had time, as not many people were around (october). Center is 3 min. walk away, the location is very central.
Water pressure was not consistent sometimes, but I guess this was an issue with the public facilitities, not with the hotel itself.

We stayed for two nights in this beautiful and cosy hotel.
First of all, after booking the hotel, I was messaged immediately on the booking app and was helped with the transfer. The staff is overall very helpful, they guided us and helped us find certain things we were interested in, gave us good advice.
The hotel is small, but very clean and comfortable. To be honest, I think it might be one of the best views in Mykonos right from this hotel. Portobello is quite Instagram-friendly, if you are interested in taking a lot of pictures.
It is also in 1 minute walking distance from a famous windmill on the cliff, where you can watch the sunset and take beautiful photos. You can also watch the sunset from the hotel bar or lobby balcony. It is super nice and most of the time there are no people whatsoever. We did not have a room with a view (we only had a side view from a pretty small window, it was okay but no balcony overlooking Mykonos), but you won’t miss on anything if you don’t have a room with a view since the lobby balcony/ lounge space has everything you might want. The hotel is also close to most things, the only downside being that you will have to walk up the stairs when you will be returning from the city.
In hot weather, it’s pretty hard to navigate on the island. We had a 30 minute walk at noon and we thought we were going to die from the hot temperature and blazing sun. Mind that when you plan your trip to Mykonos! The hosts also provided a helpful map for us.
The breakfast is very nice, Especially given the fact that the hotel is small. The coffee was especially good.
We arrived a couple of hours earlier before the check in, but the lovely lady from the reception still let us check in earlier. The staff in this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. When we checked in early, the room was not 100% cleaned after the previous guest, since we found two used shampoo bottles in the shower area.
A bit small rooms, but still very cosy.

Nice and cosy hotel, good breakfast. Views over the city and the harbour, especially on the sunset, are perfect.
Aircon blows directly on the bed and you are not able to leave it on when you are away from the hotel due to the energy-saving device, so you are forced either to catch cold or suffer from the heat. We were confused with the photos of swimming pool it belongs to private villa and other hotel guests cannot use it. Room seemed to be smaller than 18 sq.m.

This was a lovely property with a sunset and sea view. It was away from there Peru areas so one could get a good night’s sleep. It was easy walking distance to everything — the Old Port, Little Venice, shopping. The staff was extremely helpful in getting us taxis and helping us find a place to get a Covid test to return to the US. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Mykonos.
I am not able to think of any negative comments.

I loved the view, I watched the sunset from the hotel every evening. Location is good, they are in a walking distance for the city center, bus station, old port and Megali Ammos beach. The staff were so kind and helpful, they made our stay special. Last but not least, the bed and pillows were really comfortable and the hotel is very clean and neat.
