Todo perfecto, habitación cómoda y limpia, baño amplio, trato muy agradable. Parking.
Algo cara para su ubicación, sin desayuno incluido. La lámpara de noche no funcionaba. Nada importante.

The Booking.com listing for the double room I booked stated that the room had a Balcony/Terrace. Our room had neither. Further, the listing stated there was a Garden view/City view/Inner courtyard view. The only view from our (small) room overlooked the roofs and upper stories of the adjoining buildings (see photo attached). When I raised these points with the management they said that they only had two rooms with a balcony and they were both already booked. Their attitude was 'tough', you can either have the room we've allocated or you can have your money back. Not ideal late in the afternoon.

We konden het stadje niet bekijken wegens het slechte weer. Slaapgedeelte was volgens ons een nieuw gebouw, heel netjes en mooie kamers. Eten s'avonds was ok, ontbijt was er eigenlijk niet.

The food was passable the beds were like nothing on earth it was like sleeping on a plank of wood I never want to experience anything like that again. The bedroom was like a cave so dark.

This hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms have all been refurbished to a very high standard. The bar downstairs is genuine Spanish as is the restaurant. Superb place to stay and explore the town.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how modern and nice the room was. We arrived at 10.30 pm and were booked in by a very nice lady who was doing three jobs at once in the bar. Good location, the best place we have stayed at in Carinena since our usual hotel had closed down after 2020. Great nights sleep and a good breakfast. Not far off the A23 when driving to/from France for the ferry.

My room was actually the one in this picture. Bright and airy. Easy parking in big car park off the main road. Just a short drive to Zaragoza. Lovely staff. Warm welcome. It was just a stop off on a road trip, so I didn’t eat there, but outside tables available for breakfast and a children’s playground on site.

the location was very good in the centre of carinena the parking was good the facility for charging was very poor in fact we didn’t manage to charge our EV the supplier was Wenea but everything was there but not available and the helpline number on the casing had not yet been allocated so useless
the staff were very rude initially they said no dogs allowed to which I protested as wet had already sent a messages to the hotel when they said dogs were ok even though th cost was 20 euros for each dog.

The room was nicely modernised with a great shower room. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful.
We arrived on a cold January evening. The room we were given was very cold. We turned on the heating which was a hot air system but it was only slightly warm and did not raise the temperature of the room. We raised the issue with the staff and eventually they provided us with a plug in electric heater which finally made the room comfortable. Although the issue was sorted out it's a hassle you don't need after a long drive.

It's not a luxury hotel but it's clean and comfortable, and quiet, though there were few guests the day we stayed. Reception is in the bar which also doubles up as a tapas bar/restaurant. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The restaurant was closed in the evening and we made do with tapas in the bar, which was OK.

Checking in process is laborious. Very busy bar staff have to contend with a convoluted computer check-in system. Not their fault, but could be better.

Larger than average accommodation, with the added bonus of being above a very nice bar. Appears to have been recently refurbished, so everything was fresh and clean.

Carinena which is 30km south of Saragossa and is an ideal stop over traveling down or up through Spain. A historic wine growing area dating back to the Roman times. A small town worth a visit. The hotel is easy to find with ample parking. Easy level access if disabled. The reception is not manned so book in via the bar. Rooms give the impression of being new so are spacious and clean. No frills such as room service etc but all you will need for a comfortable nights stay.

All rooms are now modernised with good air con. Our room had a shower cubicle which we prefer to a shower over the bath. Beds were comfortable. Bar and cafe with reasonable prices and moderate choice. Large car park.

Very good location when travelling from France to the Costa Blanca, Spain. Bedrooms are in a new modern block and are exellent but could do with tea/coffee making facility..
I'm sure I read that English was spoken - it isn't! There is no night porter so you must arrive before 23:00 hrs. We booked 2 nights one on our trip down and one on our return. On our trip down we had car trouble and arrived @ 02:15!! The hotel was in darkness and locked up. We had to sleep in the car!!!

Stayed many times and have always enjoyed. hopefully will be there again very soon.
Would be a lot better if one of the staff spoke a little English as we wanted to book on the return trip home but could not because of the language barrier.
