The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The walkway through to the Villas is beautiful and well kept. House keeping were very efficient. We would sometimes go out in the early morning and by the time we had returned our rooms were already cleaned.

The breakfast they offer is very underwhelming and not enjoyable. We had breakfast for the first 3 nights but then opted to go elsewhere. The wifi isn’t very strong and the aircon in our first Villa was very noisy.

The surroundings of the property was absolutely stunning, the location was great, the people were helpful and friendly.

The pool could have been cleaned more often, there was hair on the bottom and floating on the top of the water which wasn’t ours as we only used the pool for 20mins and didn’t put our hair under water. Breakfast was average, quality of food could be better and there was an animal (rat) in my room some how during the middle of the night which I don’t cope well with.

The breakfast was not up to standard they was not enough variety sans the food was very average in quality. For a multiple night stay it lacked variety and quality.

Had a few things wrong - power went out, air conditioner leaking water and no lifts for the garden or swimming pool as it stopped working

The staff were helpful but can’t resolve the problem of low water pressure and no hot water in both bathrooms.

Low water pressure and no hot water in both bathrooms. There were many big black ants nestled in the curtain of bedroom. The sofa was badly stained. A cat roamed into our villa in the middle of the night and entered the bedrooms.

Heaps of mosquitoes this time of year. The aircon in the room was very loud despite turning the fan down on it. We didn't like that the pool pump turned on turning the night and had running water.

All the staff members were extremely helpful and polite ! They always helped with a smile. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious.

Love the spacious villa and pool

Booked for 5 nights. On the 3rd day, there was an electrical issues. Surprised that the villa dosent have a back up generator for power failures. Lights were turning on and off. No hot water for bathing. Aircons were not working. It was so hot, unable to sleep the whole night. Called the reception but they said they cant do anything about it and had to wait till the next morning. Morning comes and the issue has not been resolved. Unable to switch rooms as the villa was fully booked. Decided to just check out and find another hotel.

Lovely apartment, very private, with fantastic private pool. Excellent location in quiet street but close to everything. Really comfy bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful reception and maintenance staff. Pub noise didn't bother me and stops at 11pm every night anyway Actually had some great music on although I did get bad food poisoning from the food there.

Two rats came out at night in my room, heard them every night, and found droppings right next to my luggage. Apart from that apartment was well cleaned every day, including the pool which some villas do neglect. Shower and basin only worked some of the time. Not a big problem when you can jump in the pool, but had to wash hands in bath. Pool pump also broke during my stay. To be fair water is a common problem here. I'm sure the pandemic has been tough for Bali but hopefully they can start reinvesting more in maintenance Aircon was a bit on the weak side for the room size. I was a bit surprised not be asked about my stay during it or upon checkout.

Great location, staff and villas. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, so much that I changed my bookings for my Christmas holidays to stay here again in 2 months time :)

the amount of shade it gets, it’s nice in such hot weather, much cleaner than the other villa we stayed at. We liked the swipe card door entry rather than a key. the bed was also comfy and nice and big.
