difficulté de réserver pour quelqu'un de plus de 70ans n'ayant pas d'ordinateur ni d'adresse mail personnelle , seulement une adresse professionnelle, or je ne travaille plus que deux jours semaine. En outre avec mon portable, j'ai réservé sur deux dispositifs différents pour trois jours, sans bien comprendre. Heureusement, il m'a été possible de conserver la même chambre, mais j'ai dû guetter dans la journée pour avoir le nouveau code sur mon portable.

Staff very friendly, bed hard but comfortable, shower was warm with great water pressure, nice tv, very close to train station and forest. Very basic hotel but met all of our needs.
It was overall clean but with some mold on the curtains, not spotless but not too bad to cause concern. Reminded me of a college dorm room.

Good location for walking into Avon or Fontainebleau. Big Carrefour just down the street. Staff were friendly and very accomodating of our toddler and her needs. Room was spacious and a good quality travel cot was provided. Although this is "Budget" it was actually better than the Ibis Styles we stayed in previously. Would recommend.
Could be more choice at breakfast.

Booking.com ref number didn’t work to get us into outer gate - think this needs an Ibis 6figure number which wasn’t communicated to us. we were lucky to be let in by a fellow traveller but at 2130 the hotel appeared to be unstaffed- we could have been rather stuck…

A nice peaceful location, convenient for my journey from Gare de Lyon the following day, but much cheaper than staying n Paris. It was close to the station, and was very quiet.

No air con in room 306, it said the window was open and refused to turn on. Was roasting and had a terrible night's sleep as a result after a day at Disney

it was badly maintaned. i had a antsnest in my bathroom. pillows were hard. it was old. other shower was so small you could not bend over to wash your feet. the 3 rd bathroom had no showerhead

The price was good for a very expensive, tourist destination.
The staff were very nice. Breakfast was excellent.
My room was on the ground floor looking out on the carpark so for security reasons the window would only open about 5cm.

The top bunk beds were not made, they had to be made by us. This is the practice of 20 euro hostels, not a hotel. I don't really think this is acceptable considering this is a hotel and the price of the room.

Convenient location close to the train station, good breakfast, we had no issues with noise.
A few details that would be easy to fix really made our stay subpar. The pillows are tiny and almost flat. The toilet was dirty - permanent stains throughout. Plus, we got the room with the bunk bed and we were disappointed to find the top bed was not made, they provide a bag (badly stained as well) with the bedding for you to make it yourself. This is obviously annoying to do in the reduced space.

ibis budget offers a basic service at low price. Secure parking. Quiet rooms. There is a park nearby to walk the dog.

The room was basic but roomy. There was a large window for plenty of light and also air conditioning. The shower was really good and the bed was really comfortable.
The wall colours of bright blue and yellow made the room look cheap. Plain white would have looked better. The tv was all French which is not great if you are British. A smart tv would be better. Also a small kettle would be great.

The location - we love Fontainebleau! There was lots of free secure parking too. The price was great. Hotel was clean and tidy.

They were accommodating to our requests for extra blankets. The desk staff could speak English, which was helpful.

The bathroom needs refurbishment or at least thorough cleaning. The access/check-in procedure outside reception work hours was quite confusing, and it took me some time to understand how to enter the property.
