Very quite and peaceful guesthouse, in a quite and nice village. Close to the sea restaurants. There is a separate room for the kitchen with a table.

We have stayed here before years ago. Amazing location and we love the village. Breakfast was a small walk away which was quite nice to do and had the best coffee we had the whole time in Pelion - and some of the best coffee we have ever had anywhere. We had an upstairs room with great mountain view. The village is a lot quieter than some of the other bigger villages nearby - just perfect for what we wanted.

There was nothing on the booking site that said the included breakfast was not on site (I should have read the reviews, because other reviewers commented). But that being said it was a short walk away. We did have a problem with the room not being as clean as we expected - for a 7 day stay it was cleaned one time but they did not clean the balcony so we ended up doing it ourselves.

The village is so romantic, quiet. The staff is polite. The studio is well equipped (we found in a cabinet some coffee, tea, sugar..didn't need them but it was nice). Our balcony was over the village, mainly, but it was all we need. The breakfast is simple but nice ( ham, hard cheese, 1 fried egg, a lot of jam and vegetal butter, a coffee from their bar menu: greek coffee, cappucino etc), bread and water. If they would add some fruit or vegetable, a croissant, a glass of juice, then the breakfast would be perfect ( I would have paid a little bit more for b&b just to have these). And a bit of variety won't harm. The olive oil they sell is very good and well priced ( we found the same price in some supermarkets but we prefer to buy from local people). In the end, yes, I would and shall return there for sure.
