Excellent location: easy to access the city, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy also with a bike. Welcoming and warm staff. Excellent breakfast with a great variety of fresh fruits. Exceptional cleanness all around. Pool was great.

Location was great, both to visit Vicenza and the Palladium villas. You felt like in the middle of the country but only 5 minutes away from the center of town. The large swimming pool was excellent to relax after a day of serious tourism. Breakfast was extraordinary.

The decor inside the building (rooms and common areas) was plain, lacking charm or personality. It is surprising, as the house and garden were really nice. It is allright for summer, but nowhere to sit comfortably inside at other time of the year. It is slightly overpriced

The most beautiful accommodation I have been to in Italy. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious, the hosts were very kind. The lady who prepared our apartment was wonderful, as was the lady who prepared us great breakfast every morning. <3

Found here the peace we were looking for. After a few days in big cities, the hotel was just the right place to find relaxation. A huge property with beautiful pool and large rooms. Extremely nice hostess.

Well-kept complex, very quiet but still not far from the centre (by car or bike). Room is large and well equipped. Varied Italian Breakfast. Very friendly hosts with good recommendations.

There is no El kettle for making tea or coffee. Kitchen sponge is not changed for a new one After a long day in town the swimming pool is closed. It is only open from 9:30 to 19:00. With older kids hoping it is allowed to use when we keep ourselves quiet

Serenella is the perfect host! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We had to extend our time in Vicenza and she accommodated us immediately. She offered suggestions on parking downtown, helped us with questions about the area, and our space was just perfect for the two of us! I love having a small kitchen when I travel. The style of the property was beautiful! AC worked amazing and the pool was a great temp. The front desk lady was so sweet and thought their small dog Tobi was so cute hanging out by her side. It wasn’t a bad stay. I was visiting my husband and we stayed four days. Cleaning lady did a great job! The room was nice it had one full size bed, a couch in front of it, small kitchen area and nice bathroom. Overall A decent stay!

- Had three keys instead of one. Lost the keys once lol - bed wasn’t very comfortable - priced a little high - had a issue with another couple staying there. We had two friends over and we hung out by the pool. We were enjoying the sun and drinking some drinks by the pool. I made sure to clean up any cans and put them in our trash bag once someone finished their drink. We were not loud or disrespectful what so ever. Halfway through our Marco Polo game one of our friends had to go to the bathroom. (Mind you there was a wedding going on in the main entrance area) we did not want to walk in the middle of it, to show them our room to use the bathroom. So instead he went behind some bushes, not in site of anyone and no one could see anything. The people had freaked out and went to the owner. Then the owner said my friends had to leave because they were not staying in the hotel. (Mind you everyone at the wedding did not stay for the wedding and we even saw people leave) So these people ruined our afternoon and the owner was not fair. Being American we get treated way differently than nationals do.

The hotel is located in a very quiet position, about a five minute ride to the town center. There are restaurants within a few minutes walk. The owner is so accommodating and helpful. We loved sitting on the veranda or by the pool. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We look forward to staying again.
