We only stayed in the place for one night. It is run by a very nice and helpful couple. We stayed in a room with a little porch in the from opening directly to the general garden. Everything was very clean and orderly. The view of the place was amazing. We had a full view of Anacapri and the sea. I wished I stayed a little longer.

The location sitting high above Anacapri is amazing. Alfonsina and Luigi are wonderful hosts providing us with a glimpse of their tranquil Capri life. Much of the island is rather chaotic but it's just a gentle 10 minute climb through quiet narrow laneways to this wonderful place. The annex rooms are basic but comfortable. Very little English is spoken but with a few words of Italian we managed. Did I mention that a substantial breakfast is included plus there's superb restaurant meals available (and no more expensive than the other restaurants in the town)? We would be back in a heartbeat except Australia is a long way away. Thanks so much Alfonsina and Luigi for providing us with this unique Capri stay.

The hosts are so nice and welcoming, the location is quiet and yet only 10min walking distance from the center of Anacapri, the view from our 2 terraces and balcony sublime. Oh, did I mention the food?! Delicious and simple authentic Italian cuisine at its best! Definitely recommended, we're looking forward for our next time there!

The hosts are super friendly people, they welcome you like you're part of their family! And they gave us a lift to Capri center on the last day ( which was super nice of them). They have their animals around ( rabbits, chicken, rooster, goats, peacocks) and they all look happy! The dinner and breakfast is prepared with their own vegetables from their garden, all their dishes are homemade. Rooms are nice and the view is just incredible! You can see the sunset by setting in their garden or from the rooms. If you are looking to stay in Anacapri come here!

Very nice people, friendly, very good homecoocked breakfast and dinner. Luigi took us and drove us to the bus station and gave us many good visiting tips like a professional guide Very kind familly

they were so helpful with providing directions on how to get there on bus. they provided the most incredible homemade dinner, beautiful evening. the owner and his son gave me a free ride to the marina for my boat tour. lovely place and I went to go back!!!

it was perfect

The property was within walking distance to Anacapri, but you really do feel away from it all, in your own little paradise, with vineyards and bunnies/chickens roaming around the property. The staff was very friendly and took extra special care of us. We stayed in the room with two terraces and it was magical. I loved the dinners both nights, so delicious!

Unfortunately, the bed was not super comfy, and I did find some hair in one of the clean towels. The dinners were about 50 euro per person, which is slightly expensive, but I feel worth it based on the experience it provided.

Uncomfortable Bed

Beautiful place and great food. Very nice staff. Cute animals around, specially the rabbits.

Our room was located farthest away from the main area of the hotel, so we were blessed with a beautiful corner terrace, away from noise and other people, with a beautiful view over Anacapri and the ocean. Breakfast was served on the main terrace, again with a beautiful open view of the scenery. The location of the hotel is perfect for all sorts of daytrips (we did a boat tour around the island, hiked to the top of the mountain, and walked to the lighthouse for a sunset dip). In the evening, we chose to walk to Anacapri (10 minutes) and have dinner in the charming old city centre. All in all, a super idyllic stay, which we hope to repeat again soon!

The price for the dinner was not shown and caught us off guard, the noise from the rooster woke us up each morning and made us buy earplugs in pharmacy

Absolute beautiful stunning view. Very comfortable stay. Owner Luigi run his Hotel, Restaurant and bar with his heart. The meal especially Anti pasta and Lemon Water was the best Italian food/drink that I try in my life, never forget to eat in there. You can't find any other place that have same experience. Highly recommend and definitely will be back with my family or friends.

We stayed two nights and we wish we could give them more than 10 points. The room had an amazing view and it was impeccable. The farms is beautiful and well-kept. It is located only seven minutes walk to the bus stop. However, the highlight was the hospitality of the hosts Luigi and Alfonsina. They are such caring people and they really made the stay feel special. We will come back for sure. Also the food was incredible.

The view from the room and Luigi went above and beyond. The food is just to die for, Really. I had to ask for more tomatoes because they were just delicious and Luigi promptly brought a bowl of them! It is a 10 min walk form where the bus drops you in the AnaCapri main street and easy access to other parts of the Island. I recommend! Also WIFI is great quality I was was able to work from there with no issues.

Our stay felt like we found the secret spot in Anacapri. Our host, Luigi seemed to be right there when we needed anything and otherwise discretely and charmingly tending to his farm. We stayed here during COVID when all the restaurants were closed, so we really lucked out because they cooked all of our meals for us and the food was delicious. Almost everything served to us, down to the balsamic vinegar and after dinner liqueurs, were made by the owners. Our room was quintessential rustic Italian. It felt like we were in the movies. Honestly our stay here was just perfect! When we ever come back to this beautiful island, we’ll most definitely stay here again. Gracie mille Luigi !!

The suite and the view were great

The description said the hotel provides a free ride from the port and back but they charged us 20€ for it. We arrived at the evening and chose to eat at the hotel. The owner said it's a fixed menu priced at the end of the meal(???) we were too tired to go somewhere else so we stayed. During dinner we saw that guests sitting near us ordered from a menu. That was enoyin even more when we were served a bill of 70€.
