The location is great, with quick access to both the north-eastern side and the southern side of the island. There is a fridge in every room and a shared kitchen, which can be used to cook meals that can be eaten in a spacious comfy yard.

We had two main issues with our room, which made our stay rather mediocre. First and foremost, the placement of the A/C is horrific, as it blows only cold air on the head side of the bed. Since it is impossible to fall asleep without it (29-30 degrees C at night), the only way to use it was to sleep with our heads on the other side of the bed. Even then though, it was too cold when the A/C was on, and too hot when it was off. Overall we didn't get a good night's sleep because of this. The second issue was the lack of warm water for two consecutive nights. It is completely unacceptable to not have warm bathing water when you are paying 65e/night. We would return to the room at night after a long day, often sweaty from walks and salty from the sea, and not being able to relax with a warm bath really killed the mood for us. The handling by the owner also wasn't the best. They didn't reply to the message I sent via Booking, and only mentioned the issue during checkout when it was time to pay, saying that we should have left the water running for longer. This only added to the insult, as we didn't just let the water run for 5-10 minutes, but we eventually bathed in it, so the "warm" water was running for more than 20 minutes in total. In our opinion somebody else had used up all of the warm water, in which case the owner could have simply apologized or offer a discount for those two nights. One other minor issue is the lack of a bath curtain, which results in most of the WC getting wet. From the good side, we liked that our apartment was cleaned daily, and that the bed was comfortable. The fridge helped us a lot to keep our food fresh, and the TV was playing nicely in the background. If not for the two described issues this would have been an otherwise great stay.

Perfect location right next to a beach with cristal clear water. The host Vaska is very friendly and helpfull, she is the best. The appartments are clean and brand new and you have everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Nice location, trees and garden, room furnished OK, very clean and welcoming; green-shaded parking available; nice room view plus one can hear the waves. Walking distance from the beach (clean and sandy, free zone). Mosquito net is a big plus for a relaxing night for us. Late arrival was not a problem, thumbs up! Card payment is OK.

Terrible Wi-fi Internet connection - day and night. Dropping confcalls and sites not being able to open properly. Staff/owner tried to repair it by 3rd party - to no success. I would not recommend the place if one needs to be online or spend a day in 'home office'. Bear in mind that the mobile phones do not have proper data coverage either so a mobile hotspot would not work. Check out the attached screenshot for network speed, or lack thereof. Small side issue - no hanger for the shower head in bathroom. Cicadas on the trees make a lot of noise from time to time - starting early in the morning.

Quite place with nice garden and car parking. Kind staff. Close to the beach.

Rooms are smaller than they seem in the photos. In need for renovations and change of furniture. Showering is not very comfortable, there's not even a holder for the shower head.

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The villa has a beautiful yard, 2 fully equipped kitchens, everything was very clean. Vasilka is very friendly and pleasent. Totally recommend!

We recived room with sea view as we requested, and moreover we recived the room with the best view position. Quiet place we could see and hear the waives. We will come back

In 9 days the room floor was never cleaned and the loundry was changed after 7 nights. The room was small.

Short walk from the beach, not more than 2 minutes. You can see the sea and the sand from the room. Very nice garden. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. The place was quiet. At night the only sound was comming from the waves reaching the shore(except on Fridays).

The bed was a little too hard for us. On friday evening the near by tavern "Faros" had very loud live music. The good thing was that on closed windows it was tolerable.
