EL BAÑO SE VEÍA MALTRATADO Y DESCUIDADO DE PAREDES Y LA ZONA DE REGADERA NO ME INSPIRABA LIMPIEZA, ADEMAS DE QUE LAS TOALLAS SE SENTÍAN ASPERAS.....EL PISO Y CORREDORES QUE CONDUCÍAN A MI HABITACIÓN ESTABAN CON UNA ALFOMBRA SOBREEXPUESTA Y SE VEÍA CON TIERRA, LA ZONA DE TERRAZA SUCIA Y DESCUIDADA MUCHA BASURA, LAS ELÍPTICAS EN GIMNASIO NO FUNCIONABAN NI TAMPOCO EL CLIMA MUY DESCUIDADO EL GIMNASIO....EL PERSONAL ESA MUY APÁTICO

The fact that one the page in Booking it says breakfast is included. When I got to the hotel I was told it wasn’t included. The next day I complained again and was told they knew about the problem and I would get breakfast.

The suite is great and spacious, and the shower is amazing with great pressure, revitalizing!
I stayed on floor 4, and several times I had to use the stairs because the elevator was out of service!

Extremely quiet first floor room. Wish I would’ve gotten upstairs to see the sun deck and hot tub.
The fitted bottom sheet did not fit. Much too big for the mattress it was over. Made it a bit uncomfortable, but that’s the only thing negative about this place

First of all, that my reservation was not the one I made, when I got there a guy told me in a bad way, that my reservation was given to someone else, then I said, I'm going to give you another one for the same price Without consulting me, he gave me a room about 5 feet away where there was a Large Gas Tank that I couldn't sleep because I was wondering if that tank would explode, because a few feet from there is a very busy street, and then the bed was very small and only two pillows gave us Super Hard pillows, that the next day my neck hurt a lot, because of how uncomfortable, then the next day, someone came to work in the gas tank, which woke me up with the noise and the talks among the workers ... To be honest I'm very disappointed ...
