Location and price
Dirty room ... Dusty and very tatty furniture and bed

It was clean and quiet.
Not a great location. Business area far from city centre, trains etc. Minimal fac.

The location was great and the shower was very good. Reception staff were friendly.
The room was small, hot, air conditioning not working, the toilet lid was broken and the toilet was separate to the wash basin. It was disappointing as we have stayed in Premiere Classe many times and always found it good value for money.

It was great to stay, as we had 4 dogs 🐶. It was near the ferry terminal.
Was not cosy. no, painting on the wall not homely.

the sheets were clean, the location
the air freshener that had been sprayed in the room was so overpowering it gave me a headache and we had to sleep with the window open. the toilet was leaking. the entrance to the room, there was no light in the porch area so when you we’re trying to open the room door it was dark. breakfast was ok…. croissants were pretty tasteless, coffee machine coffee which wasn’t great. no fresh coffee available or offered. asked for a bottle opener and were told no we are not a restaurant, not very friendly!

Room had everything you needed. Plenty of towels ... A good shower... Lightning... A functional desk to work at....
Plenty of outlets to charge your phone and your digital devices.
The location was superb with a nice view, and plenty of parking for your vehicle.
It was that you for money. I like everything about this place

Absence of Wi-Fi. During the booking hotel didn’t warn that the Internet will not work.

Broken window - cold inside the room and smell of smoking that goes inside the room. The room is exceptionally small, but it is enough for one night stay.

The proximity to the ferry port and quiet location and on-site parking an added bonus.
The room itself was in dire need of some TLC. There was not a shred of comfort and although understand it was not hugely expensive, however have used the likes of this before and provided much more. I don't feel this justified the amount charged.

Thank you very much for allowing a large dog in your hotel. Thank you for the good breakfast and the cosy room.

Hotel requires a complete refurbishment,having stayed at the same hotels in different locations this hotel is in very poor condition.

convenient location for Cherbourg railway station
when I booked the room I specifically asked for a ground floor room so as I could get my bicycle in the room, when I arrived I was given an automated room on the first level up two levels of stairs, the bicycle has a weight of around 60 kilos and I am 60 years of age. when I asked for help I was told that the office was closed and he was unable to help me.
i feel that I have been deceived by premier classe hotel group.

Very popular with bikers as its cheap and cheerful, no frills somewhere clean and tidy to have a shower and a good night's sleep.
On a trading estate with no facilities within easy walking distance.
