Stanze pulitissime, ma vecchie. I miei genitori c erano già stati e se ti capita la camera nuova con pavimento in legno vista lago è bellissima.
Le altre per un 4 stelle, e junior suit “meh, insomma”
Sta di fatto, che abbiamo pagato poco e inizialmente era una economy. La critica è solo se avessimo pagato per una junior suite, infatti ho comunque dato voti alti, e ci ritornerò

Amazing location the lake in front the mountains in the back...
Good location to visit the main attractions nearby within 30min to 90min travel time with the car.
Parking also included in front of the hotel.
Also great stuff and great food.
Wifi internet could be better...

Excellent location, kind and professional staff, cleanliness, ski-van service free of charge, the possibility to play “calcetto” and table tennis in a special room, ski depot, wonderfull view on the lake from dining room and from rooms, central location.
I have no remarks.

The location is fabulous, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Internet connection was strong and stable.
Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee wasn't tasty in the coffee machine, but you can order it on the bar and it would be also included in the breakfast.
Along with that a great restaurant is located in the hotel. If you like red wine I would recommend to try Lagrein Urban Tramin from the neighbourhood region.
The hotel has two parkings so there was no problem to find a place.
Also I was travelling with a dog and it's great that hotel is pets friendly.

It is a decent hotel located next to Lago Di Alleghe, depending on your room you'd either have s beautiful view or a view overlooking the city. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of options and the restaurant is very interesting as the menu is frequently changing and the half board option wasn't too pricy.
A small clothing line on the balcony would be good.

The rooms were too bare and badly decorated.
The carpet was old. The wardrobes and all storage highly inefficient
We were there in July and there was no air conditioning or fans.
The one bathroom for four people had no ventilation, no storage and toiletries were limited to one soap dispenser in the shower and one by the sink.
Parking was also extremely limited.
We were happy to leave. Will not return.

I liked a lot the location. The hotel is just in front of the lake. I went for a run in the morning around the lake and it was great. The views of the mountains are beautiful.

location was good but they had a street fair and couldn’t get out the parking garage.
the property was old, the carpet was not in good shape and the beds were poor quality. The worse thing was the kitchen exhaust was directly below my window in room 112 and the heat would rise up and the smells were not good and the noise was loud past 10:00 pm.

The hotel has a great location, directly on the lake Alleghe under the Civetta mountain in Dolomites. It is a historical building, so if you like old-fashioned places with atmosphere and real keys instead of plastic cards, you might like it. Our room had a nice little balcony with a lake view. Restaurant is directly in the hotel, in a grand room, and the food is very good, plus the wine card is really impressive. Rich breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately, the lake was empty - it is an artificial lake and some works were going on, co the view was little depressive. The hotel parking lot is only few steps from the hotel, however, it is quite small and could become easily full. The balconies of the rooms are very close to each other, so when somebody from the room next door speaks or smokes there, you can hear and smell it.
