We've stayed here a few times, love the location and the staff are just lovely. We can walk onto the beach from here which is so nice to do. Beds/pillows are so comfortable and the food is good too. We book the deluxe rooms right in front of the pool

Staff were very friendly. Restaurant is brilliant. Location is awesome.

Sound proofing in rooms is very poor. You can hear guests next door like they are in your room.

Not enough shade or lounges around pool. Air-conditioning didn't work properly

The Staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and pleasant and helpfull at all times. The food was great and plenty of choice for me but not so much for a vegetarians (but thats the same all over Bali) The room was a good size and the shower was hot at all times.

The pool area was not huge with only room for a few sunbeds, but dont think its that kind of hotel.

The service from beginning to end was excellent. I upgraded my room which looked over the pool out to sea. The room was spacious , beds comfortable, tea, coffee etc available. There was entertainment in the restaurant in the evenings. The food was excellent.

No hairdryer.

The location on the bay was really nice.

I think if the hotel is going to have a New Years party then they have an obligation to tell guests that BEFORE they book. We were trying to get away from the noise of New years and the hotel had an all night fireworks/loud, blaring music event that kept us up most of the night. Are they running a night club or a hotel?? On top of that the food in the restaurant was sub-par and they tried to add fees to the bill twice....so check your bill before paying!!

Location is great, situated on a cute little beach.

Overpriced for what you get.

Our room opened on to the pool which over looked the ocean. It was superb. We had two lean chairs right outside the door. The facilities were very nice. The restaurant staff were so kind and their device was excellent. We were able to hire a boat yo take us snorkeling right in front of the hotel. This was very convenient
