The property was very well taken care of, spacious, and hospitable. Windsor Hills has great amenities, and the checkin process at the main gate security went smoothly. I had no issues with this home and would certainly stay there again!

Each year, several groups of adults rent a home in Windsor Hills Resort while our daughters perform in the National Dance Competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports. We had a great experience and will definitely seek out renting this property again next year! The host was very quick to communicate during the booking process. The property was very clean and well stocked (even a basket of ketchup and condiments packets was a sweet surprise). Plenty of towels for showed and extra for pool use as well! We were very pleased with our stay!

House was very clean and exactly what we expected. The instructions from the owner made it easy to get in and out of the gated community. Getting to and from the parks was simple. This vacation was a short stay so we could start building vacation memories with our daughter who is almost 2. She had a great time at the parks and at the house. Pool was clean and we appreciated the amenities provided to us as most were enough for what we needed. One of the most important reasons for booking this home was the two first floor master bedrooms with king size beds. The rooms were spacious. Any inconveniences or issues were so minor, it wasn't even worth mentioning. We would definitely consider this home again for future vacations.

House was HUGE! We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms! Clean and well stocked with all things needed for an enjoyable start. Super close to all the Disney attractions. Owner was very responsive to any things we requested. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was everything we asked for. Clean, convenient, large. The hostess was easily accessible and made the booking process seamless. 10 min to Disney springs. 15 to manic Kingdom and 20 min to Universal studios . Will definitely rebook!!

If you are visiting Disney World and would like to opt out of staying on their property, you should consider Sylvia's home! It was only 10-15 minutes for all parks with plenty of ammenties near her home (Wal-Mart for home items, several restaurants, and gift shops). The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2-3 families. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as listed, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Great communication with the owner, very grateful for her help and all the extras already in the home- most of necessities catered for so saved us having to buy. Windsor Hills is a well managed and safe feeling community and everyone was very friendly. Only recommendations would be (not a criticism at all) would be for Windsor Hills to have a bar area at main pool as we thought there was one- you buy premixed cocktails from the shop. Also would recommend a shelf in showers of the house for shampoos and stuff and hooks in bathroom areas to hang towels after use. We all really enjoyed the house and pool and all agreed we would definitely stay again!

This home was very nice. It’s in a great location and not a far walk from the pool and water park. There were a couple of disappointments, the sponges they gave us were sour so we had to throw them out. There was no mop to clean up any messes from the children so we had to makeshift one, the pots and pans are horrible and everything we cooked stuck to the bottom. But other than that the place was awesome for my family.

Property was extremely clean, spacious, & acurate to the listing. Close in proximity to the Disney Parks & Universal. Pool was very clean & just what our family needed for our vacation. The resort amenities & house game room were great bonuses. Property manager as very responsive with questions i had prior to our visit. We will definitely consider this property for another family vacation.

The property was well located and the Windsor hills community was excellent for our family. Was a little put out that we had to supply the property with all the basic necessities as the welcome kit did not have enough toilet paper, trash bags, etc to last for the week. Not to mention condiments. But I guess that's a standard thing these days and we did not realize that. The owners were very responsive to my inquiries and all in all I would certainly recommend the property

Beautiful home happy with area. I have two complaints #1 was air conditioning could only go to 72 I am a warm sleeper and after 8 hours walking in theme parks every day the house was very warm. I complained and was told 72 is comfortable enough. That really irritated me because I am on vacation and had to be sweaty at night. My second complaint was thousands of gnats floating in pool. My grand daughter and daughter were totally freaked out and honestly was a little nasty. Other then that it was fine .

It was a quick trip, but we loved the house!! It was just the right amount of space, and exactly as pictured.

Communication with the host was nothing short of fantastic. With all of the issues we had traveling, the flexibility and quick response time was amazing. I would choose this host every time.

We stayed here over Spring Break March 25th-31st 2023 and needed a place that would accommodate the family. Me, wife and our 5 kids, this house was the perfect fit. Our 2 older 16y/o boys and 10y/o girl all had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, the 2 younger shared a room and we had our own room. The house was beautiful, between the pool, hot tub, and the game room, I have to say the kids had plenty to do. They went to the clubhouse the 1st day, but didn't even care to go back up there and wanted to stay around the house on the days that we didn't go to Disney. The only problem we had was the internet went out, got ahold of Sylvia to find where the router was to try and reset, come to find out our daughter unplugged it (not knowing what it was) so she could charge her phone, lol. But a very quick response from Sylvia and all the kids where happy again. I have used VRBO about 6 or 7 times now, and I have to say this was one of my favorite rentals. I would definitely recommend and if we are back in Orlando/Kissimmee area again I won't look for another place.

This property was the perfect size for our friends and family traveling for our high school band's trip and performances at the parks. We had everything we needed and the property was clean, had comfortable beds and furniture. We opted for pool/spa heat, which was necessary with our first few days having only highs in the 60's. The alarm on the sliding patio door was annoying, but I understand the reasoning for it. We also found it difficult to cook breakfast on stainless cookware, when we are used to nonstick cookware. We added the grill to our stay and would have chose not to since it was a basic grill, only used it twice, and when we needed to use it, it was dark outside. The rules stated the grill had to be used outside of the screened area and there is not any available lighting. It was helpful to have a cooler for use. It was great to have the game room with the air hockey and pool table, washer and dryer. We were also glad to have our own pool to swim in since the main pool water park area was very crowded making it hard to get a chair to use. It was a great property and Sylvia was easy to work with and very prompt in returning messages. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Close to fun activities but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space and private bathrooms make a huge difference. Will stay again!

Our family ranged in age from 11 to 77, totaling 10 of us. We couldn't be more pleased with this beautiful home. We found it well stocked with cookware. It is immaculate! Any questions we had or requests were handled asap with a smile. You will be pleased for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. All was as described, location was ideal for our activities and host was very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again!

The house was exactly as described! The pool heat is a must and truly made the pool and spa a wonderful temperature. Very clean with ample linens. The only thing that would have made this a 5+ is black out curtains with the Florida sun rising so early. The clubhouse pool was not heated so the first few cool days we could not utilize unfortunately. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table at the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again!

This property worked out great for us. The time of our commute to the parks was equal to or less than bus rides to Disney resort properties. We paid less on lodging and food so upgraded to preferred parking. We would stay in this house again. Well managed!

Very nice house with spacious bedrooms. The kids really enjoyed the pool outside. We didn't get to use the waterpark much because it rained a lot during our stay. The laundry detergent was in with the dish washing detergent and we didn't realize it, so we had to go buy laundry detergent. But overall very good stay.
