Very friendly and helpful host. Cleanliness. Close to shops and restaurants. Private deck. wi fi good.

Unfortunately the establishment is on the main national highway, and so the traffic noise is fairly constant. For the price i expect dstv, not Open View tv channels.

The proprty is situated as youn come into Knysna as the N2 passes through the town and the traffic noise level keeps one awake. Although it said I could book in at 14:00 I was told only at 15:00 and upon entrance I was called in and the rules were laid down. I am a senior pastor for 23 years and a Community leader and know how to conduct myself but when next door neighbours kept us awake until 02:00 in the morning there was no apology by the owner. We were without elecricity for 24 hours concurrent on one day and then on another day concurrent again 10 hours. Although this was not the owners fault he could have done more to assist with regards to following up with guests and ask if help was needed. He should invest in an Inverter. The location was perfect. Close to the harbor, shopping center and other eateries. Great lake view. Rooms were very neat and well kept. Owner was very friendly and suggested places to visit as well.

Load shedding, but the owner made sure that there was back up lights so we were not in the dark.

Bed was comfortable. Lake view. Clean linen and towels.

The smell of mould in the bathroom. The wood was rotten in the bathroom and the smell was very unpleasant.

It was good for an overnight stay and efficient and friendly
