My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was so close to the beach. It had everything we needed for a pleasant few days. The check in process was so easy and the house was easy to locate, thanks to Martie’s great directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Fenced in backyard perfect for our dog. The beach is a 5 minute walk. The house is clean and decorated in a very fun manner. Martie, our host, is readily available and does a great job explaining house details. This was our second year and we hope to make it back next year.

We enjoyed our time so very much! When we arrived we had a very minor issue with the hot water and Martie had a plumber out first thing the next morning to have it fixed.
The house was so fun. I LOVE the decorations and all of the little artsy things. The back yard was fantastic for our 13 year old baby. She enjoyed the ability to walk out the back door and be safely confined while enjoying sitting with us. You will find everything you need when you stay here! And a less than 5 minute short walk to the beach is amazing. Take the time to walk around the streets and see the local houses and their garden areas. You will not be disappointed. I miss it there already!

We love Martie’s place!!! This is our 4th visit to Martie’s . We usually stay in the front unit but decided to try the 2bdrm in back and we including 2 King Charles spaniels loved the fenced back yard. Home is so close to Beach and restaurants ! We will be back when we get the beach bug again. Thx again Martie!!!

We were thrilled with the house itself and were pleased that it was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed right there and happily spent our time walking on the beach and playing in the yard with the dog. The owner was a great host & has thought through everything.

Absolutely perfect for a sister's get away. Walking distance to the beach and a short distance to shops, restaurants or anything else you wanted to do. We enjoyed local thrift stores, near by restaurants, shops walks and even drove our jeep on the beach. The bungalow had everything we needed to relax and make new memories.

Our family came down with our service Dog & had the best time. Twila enjoyed her “non working” time running in the yard! The entire family LOVED the short walk to to beach and all the little hidden gems in the property! It is a a very short walk to the beach. This is our second time staying and we plan to return. The fenced yard is a bonus if you travel with a pet. The neighborhood was very quiet.

I am so happy we found Ooo Laaah. We & our fur baby are Sr. Citizens. This was the most cozy, relaxing place we have ever stayed!! So easy for us to get everything to the beach with our 4x4, beach time for hours. Close to stores, restaurants, shops, St. Augustine, everything nearby. A cozy backyard for sitting, reading & our fur baby. The ambience of this house is over the top. Martie made sure everything was great, she is an awesome host. Just respect the property. We hope to see you again soon Martie! Thank you so much for a very relaxing vacation.

This property is awesome. The house décor is so cute, there is even a 3d art experience in the closet. The place was spotless and we had everything we needed and was a 3 min walk to the beach. It was a great trip would definitely rent again.

We stayed here to do some sight-seeing in St. Augustine and had a good time. Lots of things to do in the area, and only a few blocks walk to the beach. The beds were very comfy and the place had everything we needed. I will stay here again if I am ever in the area.

This is not the first rental from this property owner. We decided on a last minute beach trip and I was so excited the Ooh la la was available. The property and house are well maintained and pet friendly. Butler beach is just one block away and also pet friendly. Awesome experience all the way around. Thank you Martie!

First off Martie is fantastic! Quick response to any questions you may have! Second the property was clean, I personally loved all the decor it was very pleasing to the eye, kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook, plenty of towels, fenced in yard was perfect for our Kelby girl, and the location is perfect. Short one block walk and you’re on the beach. Easy drive to Publix grocery store, and St. Augustine! We absolutely will stay again! Thank you!
