It was very clean and nice swimming pool

I booked a room with 1 double bed and 2 single for 4 adults. We got a double bed and a bunk bed! The bedroom was described incorrectly. After discussing this with staff, they said I can pay extra! to get 2 double bedrooms

Staff offered exceptional service, especially Louisa on the Reception desk. Location convenient to the junction of three bus stops…down to Maronti beach, main road to Ischia’s port and through gorgeous Serrara Fontana to other side of the island. The pool area was wonderful, set in a pretty garden with a great bar and food options.

The pool area was excellent and water was very warm. :) The breakfast was good. The price-quality ratio was more than good.

Property needs a bit of upgrading Invoice systems needs a bit of more organisation

Great location. very closed in front of the the beach . Also closed to a nice part of the island . If there was an airconditioner would be better buy we did okey with the electrical vantilator.

Friendly staff, great restaurant, and very accommodating to our needs especially transportation to the beach and port.

Room was spacious, bed and pillow very comfortable. Bathroom lovingly decorated with nice sanitaryware and towels. We enjoyed the cosy swimming pool surrounded by a really charming garden very much. We’ve been welcomed by very friendly staff. We walked to the nearby restaurant but because of the hilly and bendy roads we had to be very careful especially coming back in the night.

It was really hot and we asked for the AC remote control that was with the concierge. The AC unit was emitting an unpleasant odor, perhaps the filters needed to be cleaned up, so decided to bear with the ceiling fan even if it was a bit noisy.

I loved the facilities. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The food was good and simple. It was like being in a family rather then being in an hotel. They really looked well after all the residents.

The location outside the hotel didn't offer enough facilities and entertainment. Like shop, restaurant and bars. If you like the total peace and quite to recharge, it's the right venue.
