Stay was extremely comfortable and taken care by every staff we came across. Anything we required was paid attention to very swiftly.

Nothing at all, it was a flawless service by the hotel.

The highlight of the property is the indoor heated swimming pool and water slides which are very enjoyable, there is a small shop available to buy swim wear as well.

The food seems overpriced for quantity. On average one needs to spend 2000 INR per person per meal . While these may be 5 star rates but the quantity is not of a standard 5 star for in house dining or orders in restaurant. The buffet is good but as most buffets only some items may appeal so it may be better to order dine in or restaurant. The property is rated as 5 star but it needs to be kept a little well . There was a damaged wall in their fusion restaurant and some things just didn't meet 5 star standards in terms of maintenance.

Hygiene and supportive staff. Feels like I am in a lavish place. You will get everything you need. Had an amazing stay and will love to go again.

The food is just amazing, specially Alfredo fusilli pasta

should provide unlimited free drinking water in glass bottles in rooms-not just 2 ltrs per day. should have Informed us about the water park closure in advance. tooth brush quality, separate covers to be provided to dispose off sanitary pads, bubble bath liquid should be made available. free ice cubes should have been provided. was a boring 3 day trip

rooms, beds are too old. ive been visiting this property for over 15 yrs now. nothing has been updated. beds are now broken and yet theycharge 7 star costs for that broken bed

Heated Swimming pool was Amazing!! The slide and play pool were fun for the family. Location is amazing and overall a good experience and a stay worth it!

The room needs revamping. The carpet etc. Food is a bit expensive.
